This is already the third time we have been in this house and once again, we have had an excellent experience! The sea view is simply stunning and makes the days even more special. The house is always very well taken care of, clean and cozy — all exactly as in the pictures. The check-in and check-out took place at the agreed times, without any problems, and communication with the host was always clear and quick. Without a doubt, it is a place that makes us want to return always. We recommend with eyes closed!

Wonderful apartment super well located close to the main market of the beach of palmas, squares and especially the beach. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures, new furniture and very comfortable beds. Only the room is a little small but nothing to hinder the stay. I left as a suggestion a rack to place the dishes after washing and an organic waste bin to place on top of the sink. The apartment is very well equipped. Our family will return for sure. Everything we need Gabriel and his father Celso always served us promptly.

The place is just as it's described and shown in photos. The triple rooms are a little girls. The other environments are very comfortable and welcoming. Very good predisposition of the host, very attentive and decisive. The area is very quiet, although the beach there is less pleasant, with fewer waves and more narrow. Recommend this place.

Everything worked well, the communication with the host was open, quick and kind. The site is surrounded by restaurants, shops and shops. The beach is in front of the building, just across the street, I'll definitely come back other times.

This was such an amazing stay. I am adult with two parents, and we each had our own bedroom/bathroom suite. The apartment is modern and very comfortable. We found a seafood restaurant and a burger place just a block away, and we went to both twice because they were so good. I came for the Ironman, and this was a great location, within comfortable walking distance to the supermarket, and a short drive to the Ironman Village. The host was incredibly communicative, and I felt very welcome. It was a great trip to Brazil for us, and we would come again.

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .
