I stayed 10 days in Vanessa's apartment and it was great. The place is super cozy, everything is well arranged and comfortable. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet and has everything nearby; bars, snack bars, a good market, pharmacy, in short, super practical. The apartment has everything we need to cook comfortably, and it also has plenty of bed linen and blankets, all of good quality and very fragrant. Vanessa helped me with everything I needed, always very helpful. The sea view is beautiful and the beach is very close, you can easily walk there. I really enjoyed the experience, I felt super comfortable. I would definitely come back!

We spent a wonderful extended holiday in this seaside house! The house is super spacious, accommodated the whole family in great comfort and is literally on the edge of the beach. We love the house, well equipped and has everything you need to spend your stay, in the kitchen I thought it was very cool, which is available salt, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar and seasonings to cook, basic things that we don't need to worry about. Bed and towels were clean and smelling. In the bathrooms there were available, soap, toothpaste and toilet paper. Host Bárbara is very dear, was very attentive to all the details of the house for us to receive, responded quickly and was very flexible with chekin and checkout. We were welcomed with a basket full of treats, mineral water in the refrigerator and a handwritten letter of welcome❤️. Dolphin Beach is beautiful is close to the house, we did the amazing boat ride. We visit other beaches of Governador Celso Ramos and all are beautiful 😍 Thank you and I will see you soon 😘🫶

we travel to Florianópolis twice a year. We have been staying here for more than 20 years and this is really the best place my family and I have stayed. If you are looking for a high level in everything and quality accommodation, this place is 100% recommended.

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated all well. The showers have poor contact, which connects each other automatically connects. In the kitchen we miss a knife for bread and also a knife for a meal. We were 8 people and had 7. There was a quarter that the lamp was burned, but it was solved quickly with the help of the porters, very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large classes (8 people and also for families with kids). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend.

The apartment was extremely clean, organized, everything as described. Utensils in great condition, fast Internet, and I need speed for work. To get to the beach is basically half a block, in addition to the proximity to markets, there is even one exactly on the block of the apartment, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. The only downside is that I had a date to leave, otherwise I would have lived there happily. The stay was wonderful. The place is amazing, our family loved♥️ Close to the beach, the market and pharmacy. The pool is big, we made walks and trails, all close by. The balcony of the apartment is large, a delicious barbecue and dinner with the family. We'll be back for sure at another time.
