The property is close to nature and Dellensjöarna, about 4 km from the city center where there is a restaurant, grocery store, skate park etc. Approximately 30 km to Järvsöbacken and hassela ski resort. The apartment is in its own building on top of the stables. The stables live three black snow sheep. On the farm there is also a dwelling house where we in the family live with two children, cats, rabbits and dogs. Enjoy the tranquility with views of fields, cows and horses on nearby farms. Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
