Très bel appartement, pratique et propre. Très bien placé, au coeur de La Marsa, près de tous les commerces, restaurants et a qq minutes de la plage. La communication a été facile et rapide !

This was a great stay. We loved the spacious apartment and balcony. Everything was spotless and well-equipped. One thing to note is that the lift didn't work during our stay (this was known prior to booking) and the flat is on the third floor, but the climb is manageable. It is on a side-ish street in La Marsa, making it both accessible and quiet as the bedroom faces inwards. A must visit is the Couscous Tree restaurant just around the corner.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, vraiment rien à dire mise à part que le jacuzzi ne marchait pas mais c’est pas grave, nous pouvons quand même faire un bain lol L’endroit où est situé l’appartement et proche de la corniche, Sidi Bou Said, à 10 minutes de Tunis centre en taxi L’hôte était extrêmement réactif Vraiment rien à dire au moindre soucis il répondait et réglais le problème l’appartement est super grand bien. Équipé bien décoré aussi merci encore pour votre accueil c’est sûr qu’on reviendra, nous passerons par votre entreprise

Slim est un hôte magnifique et réactif. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et bien localisé. Je recommande vivement.

Hanane est une hôte très accueillante, le logement était très propre, fidèle aux photos, bien placé et très bien équipé. L’appartement est à 12 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande vivement ce logement aux voyageurs souhaitant découvrir Tunis. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

What a wonderful fantastic apartment nestled above a bank on the 2nd floor. Incredibly spacious and clean, with a terrace. You can gaze into the distance from the front terrace or back window. Coffee, pizza, pastries, burgers places and small convenience store within a stone's throw. More eating options; restaurants, fast food and ice parlors 8 minutes walk away. I would have loved to stay at this apartment for a month if I could have taken more time off. Definitely would love to come back.

5 Sterne weil der Service von „Nawel“ und ihrem Kollegen der immer mit ihr ist ausgezeichnet war. Es gab öfters Schwierigkeiten mit der Unterkunft allerdings war „Nawel“ immer erreichbar selbst um 2-4 Uhr in der Früh. War es das Geld wert? Absolut nicht! War der Service und die Kommunikation gut? Absolut jaa würde trotzdem wieder hier wohnen. Lage Tip Top. Man kommt mit dem Auto sehr schnell überall hin.

La maison est vraiment très belle en particulier les espaces communs qui sont juste magnifiques et parfaitement entretenus. Le rapport qualité-prix pour la suite que nous avions est assez imbattable, petit bémol pour le quartier qui est la Soukra et non pas la Marsa : si vous souhaitez sortir le soir il faut prendre le taxi et ne pas s'aventurer dans les environs après une certaine heure. Cela dit si vous vous déplacez en voiture, c'est assez centrale entre la partie centre de Tunis et le plage.

Mahdi’s place was a home away from home! We booked the studio too! It was sparkling clean and had everything you need during your stay as a family. Safa welcomed us when we arrived and left us with some water, bread, cakes and other stuff for breakfast :) she showed us around both of the properties and recommended some great places to eat and visit. She was super responsive on whats app and kept in touch during our stay! The kids enjoyed the apartment and sidi bou said! Our apartment was a 2 min walk to the busy street with the shops and food spots. The popular cafe des delices was a 4-5 min walk and walking down to the beach took about 20 mins. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighbourhood. I even made some cat friends and left them bowls of water outside :) thank you to Mahdi for letting us check out later since we had a night flight! I would love to visit again :)

Hôte accueillant et prévenant. Logement charmant et chaleureux. Joliment décoré, et bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans ce rez de chaussée authentique. Les must: les beaux carreaux de ciment qui enluminent le sol, la cour ensoleillée, les chants des tourterelles et des verdiers, … La mer est à quelques minutes de marche ainsi que toutes les commodités. Nous avons trouvé ici la bienveillante hospitalité tunisienne, fierté et richesse de ce pays! Merci Monsieur Yousri.

Superbe séjour ! Petit plus avec la terrasse et surtout la très jolie chambre avec vue située au dernier étage ;)

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa ! La maison est décorée avec goût, les chambres sont spacieuses et les piscines très agréables ! Quelques petites suggestions ont été transmises à Taher afin d’améliorer la qualité des prestations. (manque de quelques équipements et propreté à approfondir) Un grand merci à Moussa pour sa disponibilité sur place et son aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour.

Excellent accueil. Amir est très prévenant et fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Ce (tout) petit studio, très bien équipé, est situé dans le meilleur quartier de La Marsa, à 50 m de la plage et à quelques minutes à pied de tous les commerces.

I had a great stay . Aymen was communicative and helpful, and the place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-located. Everything I needed was available, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Location is safe plenty of parking in front of building , A private parking in underground garage Many restaurants within 2 minutes drive The apartment is great for a couple. With a child The airport is about 15-20 minutes drive It’s a great location for someone visiting the city or on a business trip Will definitely visit again

Amazing apartment. The host was very collaborative. Lac 2 is a delightful destination. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops are situated in close proximity to the apartment. I recommend the host and the apartment.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis chez Leila ! Elle a facilité notre arrivée dans la nuit et le logement est parfait ! Un très grand merci à Leila et sa famille! On recommande :)

1st floor accommodation in a family house with separate entrance. 5* for cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Mariem was always quick to respond and happy to help with information and suggestions. Approx 10-15 mins from Tunis Airport (10-12 Dinars if the driver used the taxi meter), 5 mins walking distance to TGM station L'Aeroport or 7 mins to TGM Kheireddine. Train leaves from Kheireddine towards La'Marsa and Sidi Bou Said at half past every hour and cost 0.5D pp. If you wish to travel to Avenue Habib Bourguiba which leads to the old Medina/ Bab-el-Bhar, You can take a louage (yellow local shared taxi van) from the main roundabout (5 mins walk) for 1.6D pp. Around this roundabout, you will also find many food options. 2 supermarkets are approx 2-3 minutes walk, Carrefour being the better option. Fresh fruit stalls, coffee shops, little street food huts and a bakery with fresh bread and other products are all approx 2-3 minutes. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a young family.

Excellent logement pratique, très propre et très bien placé à la Marsa. Je le recommande à tout voyageur solo ou couple qui veut un logement central. Chaima était parfaitement réactive 👍🏽
