Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Ett stort och härligt loft med plats för fyra i Vitaby (Österlens Portland) och fönster åt fyra håll. Tillgång till inhägnad trädgård (som kan innehålla hund som bara släpps ut om ni är OK med det) med uteplats. 50 meter från busshållplats. 4 km från strand o ICA. 2,5 trappor upp. Husdjur välkomna (Men släpp inte lösa i trädgården utan förvarning). På husets övriga våningsplan finns ett kontor och ett ungt par med en vänlig greyhoundhane. Tillgång till 9 kW laddbox för elbil.

Torpet med sin glasveranda, uteplatser och trädgård ligger i skogsbrynet med utsikt över änglandskap. Köket har diskmaskin, spis, ugn och kyl. Täljstenskamin i vardagsrum. Tvättmaskin i källaren. Bäddning, sänglinne och handdukar ingår. Skogsstigar med bär och kantarellplockning. Städning ingår ej men går bra att boka som tillägg. Obs! Från November går det enbart att bo i ett av sovrummen. 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Vid kalla dagar sover man på nedanvåningen i vardagsrummet.

Fin stuga nära havet och natursköna Österlen

Mysig stuga med insynsskyddad trädgård i underbara Nybrostrand utanför Ystad. Stugan är på 69 kvm och med 2 sovrum och ett större vardagsrum med kamin. Stort och rymligt kök samt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin. En promenad på 5 minuter tar dig till stranden där du njuter av fantastisk vy mot Hammars backar och Ystad. I området finns även tillgång till affär, pizzeria, utebad, Ystad golfklubb mm. 150 meter till busshållplats mot Ystad eller Simrishamn.

A private outdoor space for BBQ and sunset hangout.

In the woods close to the sea

160 m2 beautiful renovated countryhouse with 3 big bedrooms, wooden floors and a fireplace. Old school finnish sauna. Big garden with bonfire place and lot of space to play and enjoy. The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.

Our nice cottage is there for you to rent! It was renovated a few years ago and is suitable for both summer and winter stays. Four to six persons will have a comfortable stay and enjoy it for vacation or work.
