Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance level offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in connecting room. Ystad Station is 200 m away and to the beach you walk in about 10 min.

Stay in central Ystad with walking distance to both restaurants, shopping and Ystad's beautiful beach. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom one with two single beds and a bathroom. The courtyard is lush and a small part is secluded for accommodation in the owners' smaller apartment. Access is available to free garage parking for one car. Sheets and towels are not included. Final cleaning available for purchase for SEK 1,000.

Grandma's Cabin

Grandma's Cottage is a quiet green oasis to be enjoyed by family and friends! The house is located in a forest clearing next to the Svarteån river that winds down to Lake Skönadalssjön. After that, it flows further into the sea by Svarte. On Svarte's sandy beach you find a pier and a Beach Café where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, a yummy ice cream or a lovely dinner at sunset. The cottage is located near Österlen where there is much to discover, for example Ystad Djurpark and Ales Stenar.

Cozy basement hideaway

Welcome to stay in our basement crawl space. The bedroom/living room is equipped with sofa bed, 140 bed, TV and a smaller closet. The small kitchenette is equipped with two cooking plates, microwave, fridge and a folding table and two folding stools. Shower and WC are separate. One flight of stairs up you will find the way out to the shared garden. Why not enjoy a good breakfast here in the summer months. Down to the city center/beach, you can walk in less than 15 min. The Water Tower's Garden Pavilion

In the park around Ystad's stately Old Water Tower is the garden pavilion. Here you live outside/inside life because the garden and the stone covered patio under the pergola are part of the space through the large glass sections. The pavilion is designed and decorated by interior designer Anna Åkerman where the whole and details have been put together for an extraordinary experience for the pavilion's guests.
