The Barn is in a wonderfully peaceful location with views of Clougha Pike. Nearby there are views over Morecambe Bay to the Lake District. It is a short drive to Caton village and the city of Lancaster. The Barn is very well equipped and furnished. You will sleep well here. It was very easy to make all the booking arrangements with the host, Adrienne. I am sure we will return.

Great stay at Andrew’s place, comfy, and exactly as listed. Andrew was friendly and helpful, even told us about a local street festival (we couldn’t go, but appreciated the tip!). Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Lancaster.

The Stables is a fantastic little place and Linda is a wonderful host. Linda is friendly, communicative and very helpful beforehand. When we arrived, Linda was on hand to show us around and explain where everything was. There was even a little pot of amazing home-made jam. The cottage is immaculate with an amazing garden. All surrounded by beautiful countryside to watch from the garden. Watch the hares play in the field while the sheep graze and storks fly overhead. There's a great pub just over the road, called...The Stork. Wander past that and you can find great walks to Lancaster or Glasson Docks. This was a wonderful find for us and we'll definitely be back.

My husband and I had an absolutely lovely stay here. The house is located in an idyllic spot just outside town. We enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings, and the views of Williamson park and the surrounding countryside. The place itself exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for a cozy stay, and then some. Tom and his wife Sue are amazing hosts. They're thoughtful and friendly. They've created a wonderful stay experience, which I would recommend with five stars.

It was a lovely and relaxed space. We stayed as we were attending a wedding at Wyresdale Park - it was easy to get to, the facilities were clean and there was a nice breakfast available and good shower for us. The villages nearby had everything we needed. I would highly recommend as a wedding guest needing to stay nearby, to relax and to have a good sleep. Lydia (the host) was clear in her communication and we were met at check in to ensure we could get in ok.
