Townhome holiday rentals in Gaithersburg

The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

This was our second stay here - the home is very comfortable and the back yard is a veritable oasis if the weather cooperates. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Hampden.

Greg’s place was very clean and in a great location. Walkable to markets, restaurants, and metro. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a great place to stay during our family vacation to DC!

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

Our stay at Caroline’s place was wonderful. It’s walkable to anything you need or want, but tucked away on a quieter street. I appreciated how family friendly this stay was, we used the high chair and kid books, and extra outlet covers that Caroline had provided. Would love to stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. I felt so at home. Loved the cozy feel and, as a height-challenged person, I thoroughly enjoyed the easy to reach cabinets. The Metro station is literally just around the corner and made getting out to explore so easy. I’m already trying to figure out when we can come back.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very quiet and private, with an easy commute into the main city area!

Rudolph’s home was wonderful! It was perfect for our little group and perfect distance from the concert we were attending. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rudolph was super helpful if we had any questions and a great host. Would recommend :)

There were 5 adults staying here. Never felt crowded or cramp…plenty of room for morning coffee and late night gabbing.. comfy beds, great showers and really very clean! Recommend highly!

I had such a great stay! The location was absolutely perfect — super convenient and close to everything I needed. The space was spotless and very well-maintained, which made it feel extra comfortable. The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Saad was a terrific host. He was always prompt with responses and made sure all our needs were taken care of. My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful night before the wedding and made great memories in Saad’s private, cozy, and comfortable space. There were plenty of beds for the 8 of us, with nice amenities (even had a printer, which came in so clutch) and cute decor. It was easy to find Saad’s place, and there was ample street parking on the weekends. I would definitely look forward to booking another stay at Saad’s.

This was by far one the very best accommodations I've ever experienced! Ashley and Richard are the most warm and welcoming hosts and made me feel as if I was home, with their friendliness as well as all the extra details to make guests totally comfortable. Their home is absolutely beautiful, with such creative uniqueness that they make look effortless, but creates such a cozy space you never want to leave! But with all of downtown Frederick literally just outside the door, exploring is also made extremely easy. The town is full of cafes and whimsical retailers full of very cool finds and friendly locals. I look forward to returning!

Kaye and Zack were the best hosts! They checked in on us several times to make sure everything was going OK. The location is so handy for getting around on the Metro. We loved our stay!

The apartment was super peaceful and cozy, it's obvious that Jessica is a very thoughtful host based on the items and amenities that are available. It didn't take much doing to feel comfortable. Travelling from Jamaica, I felt at ease because of how accommodating and responsive Jessica was to any questions or requests I had. I will definitely be booking another stay if I ever visit Maryland again.

Beautiful home! Beautiful host! A lot of attractions around. Olive was so welcoming and responds very quickly! Day two she reached out to ensure everything was OK and if I needed help with anything. when I’m back in town I’d definitely re-book. I’ve saved this as one of my favorites. Thus far one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in!

Clean, comfortable, close to Washington DC. The hosts were very responsive to the couple of questions we had. We found the address easily, though we were not sure of which unit it was, but we received a quick answer when we messaged the host. As others have also mentioned, we loved the Nespresso machine and enjoyed the variety of snacks. It was so nice to have the garage, since we did have some rainy days. It was convenient for us to bring our dog too, with the park just across the street. We found many nice restaurants in the surrounding area. Ballston Local has delicious pizza, The Quarterdeck is known for crab and seafood fare, The Liberty Tavern - awesome burgers, and O'Sullivan's Irish Pub for Irish stew and shepherd's pie. If we return to the area someday, we would definitely stay here again.
