We invite you in the heart of Chianti area. Poggio Casabianca is a little family homestead located in the Chianti Classico region exactly in the hearth of Tuscany. The owners live here and they offer at their guests an apartment with a big living room-kitchen with a big door that open directly to the garden, a bathroom with shower and a confortable doublebed room. Outside in the garden ther is a pool, shared with the owner, where you can refreshing and relaxing during the summer.

The estate finely restored in 2016 is accessorized with all the confort you need for an holiday dedicated to the relax or to excursions The Breathtaking view on the Chianti Classico's vineyards give to the estate a unique feature perfect for a romantic holiday, small group of friend or a little family. The estate is provided of external Jacuzzi, private garden and we can arrange for you bike or hike excursions. The Village of Gaiole in Chianti is just 5 minutes away by car.

The Loggia

Country house located in Radda, the heart of the Chianti, within walking distance from the historical center and other services such as; Coffee shops, Post Office,grocery stores and restaurants. The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.

Divine Transit Gaiole

Transito Divino Gaiole is an intimate and pleasant space for relaxing moments as a couple or alone or with family, excellent as a starting point for experiencing Chianti and its natural beauty. It is located in the center of the village where there is every service. Only for L'Eroica, reservations are accepted with a minimum of 2 nights. A tourist tax is required (€2 per person per night for the first seven nights) for children under 14 years of age.

My apartment is located in the village of Villa a Sesta, on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, has two bedrooms, one double, the other with bunk beds, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room. The outdoor space is very large and the garden has a large table and armchairs for relaxation, the car can be parked at home, we have a private parking space, arriving in the village you access the house from a small white road (30mt).
