Waterfront holiday rentals in Gaeta

Très bonne location à Gaeta chez Luigi! Ce logement dans une rue charmante permet de profiter de l’atmosphère de Gaeta tout en étant proche de la mer. Luigi est un hôte particulièreent accueillant et réactif, et nous a donné toutes les informations dont nous avions besoins à notre arrivée et pendant le séjour ! Je recommande.

Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

Simona was extremely helpful, which I appreciated as I was a solo traveler. She even checked prices of a taxi for me. Her apartment is full of heart and character, with a personal touch. I enjoyed the sun terrace at the top. The actual pedestrian road is full of character. Thankyou. 😃

My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay in Sperlonga! We were able to check in early and was met by Eduardo, who showed us the apartment and gave us tips about restaurants and what to see. The apartment was very clean and cozy, more than big enough for four persons, and aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The locations of the apartment is great! One minute walk to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store, and a short walk to the old town. We definitely want to come back!

Die Unterkunft ist schön und wie beschrieben, sehr italienisch. Man hat alles, was man braucht und ist gut angebunden. Es kann nachts etwas lauter werden, da Mondragone sehr belebt ist, wem das nicht gefällt, sollte das berücksichtigen. Das ist aber auch das einzige Manko an der Unterkunft und am Aufenthalt. Parkplätze gibt es genug, in gemütlicher Laufweite bekommt man alles, was man brauchen könnte und die 5min zum Strand und den Lidos sind definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt. Vielen Dank für alles!

Maria and her sister Tina are both incredibly good at hosting and welcoming people to Gaeta. They are both so lovely and kind, and have been so flexible and accommodating for my friend and I. The apartment has all the amenities that one needs, accurately depicted and is such a great location. Highly highly recommended to stay at their listing! Thank you for a wonderful weekend stay!

A fantastic find right in the historical part of the town and near the old narrow shopping street called Via indipendenza. Our host Erasmo was lovely and very helpful, he met us on the Main Street where we were able to park our car (15€ per day) and walked 50mts to the apt, under the arch and along the cobbled street. The Apt itself was just as shown on the photos, small, cute and on split level, perfect for 2 persons, it contains everything you could possibly need. I would truly recommend but you need more than 2 nights here because Gaeta has so much to see and do ❤️

The place was as shown in the pictures. Private courtyard for our car, and private gateway to the beach-street. Only remarks as an avid home cook, the pans&kithenware could have been updated, and the barbeque outside could maybe be replaced. There were lots and lots of toys our 3-year old enjoyed and loved so much. I can highly recommend Salvatores place for families. The walk to formia centre was doable.

Wir mussten diese Unterkunft super spontan für 3 Tage buchen, weil die Gegend unserer ursprünglichen Unterkunft zu unsicher war. Sicherheit war also unser wichtigstes Kriterium und die Wohnung von Alessia befindet sich in einer sicheren Gegend. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Tatsache, dass das AirBnB geräumig ist. Die Terrasse ist sehr angenehm und fühlt sich privat an, selbst mit dem Blick auf den anderen Balkonen der umliegenden Wohngebäuden. Die zwei Badezimmer sind sehr praktisch. Eins hat sogar eine Badewanne, was mit Baby nach dem Strand zum Abduschen echt goldwert war. Der Strand ist ungefähr 5 bis 10 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß. Es ist Klimaanlage für diejenigen, die sowas nutzen. Wir schlafen lieber mit offenen Fenstern und Ohrenstöpsel (die ferne Straße ist schon ein bisschen laut). Immer wieder gerne :)

Wij waren erg content met het Palazzo. Precies overeenkomend met de foto’s en beschrijvingen. Caruso en Kelly zijn zeer betrokken gastgevers en geven honderd en een tips. Wij hebben genoten van het dakterras en de uitstekende positie in een oud en authentiek deel van Gaeta. Winkeltjes direct in omgeving, strand op loopafstand en plenty te bewonderen in mooi Gaeta! Aanrader!

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

Maria Pina è stata un host super amichevole e reattiva. Ci ha saputo consigliare anche sulle attività e i luoghi limitrofi dove andare. L’appartamento super carino, riparato e ospitale. Tutto era come da descrizione. Da ritornarci assolutamente. Super soddisfatte

The apartment, overlooking the sea, was perfect for a vacation in the sun, with walking distance to the beach and friendly habitants of Gaeta. A private area in the garden was perfect for meals and hanging out. Emiliano and his family (+ dog) was welcoming and friendly, even for someone usually scared of dogs. Emiliano was very helpful, not only informing about transport options but solving a ride to the apartment during a train strike. We loved staying at Emiliano’s apartment in Gaeta!

sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, immer hilfsbereit. alles war da, wenn nicht würde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen 🙂👍 große Empfehlung bei Sonny zu buchen und den Urlaub dort zu verbringen. immer wieder gerne!

Ajánlom mindenkinek, tiszta, rendes, minden működik, szép a kilátás, közel minden. Családdal voltunk, kényelmes volt, tágas és csendes. Mi sem hangoskodtunk, de még így is napközben feljött az alsó szomszéd, hogy hallja, ahogy mezítláb lépünk… egy kellemetlenség volt, az utcán lehet parkolni, kevés a hely, nincsenek bérelt helyek, nekünk sikerült találni egyet, de pár nap után, mivel nem mozogtunk, kiszúrták a két hátsó guminkat. A vendéglátónk nagyon kedvesen azonnal a segítségünkre volt, de a két új gumi 400 eurós költsége rosszul esett… ez természetesen nem a vendéglátó hibája, de talán érdemes az autóval naponta más-más helyre parkolni, hogy a helyiek haragját elkerüljük.

Tutto perfetto, dall’arrivo con ottima accoglienza fino al check out. Tutti i servizi descritti erano presenti nell’appartamento e la comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice ed efficace. Consigliatissimo.

Casa molto carina e pulitissima. A soli 8 min a piedi dal mare. Gianpaolo è stato carinissimo e super disponibile, ci ha permesso di rimanere un paio di ore in più per il check out e fornito info utilissime su Gaeta. Lo consiglio vivamente ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Grazie

We had a fantastic stay. the place was immaculate, great location to lots of shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Gianmarco was always quick to get back to me if I asked a question and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend.

Mattia was very responsive and clear with communication. We found the place easily and he met us there to show us the access and accommodations. The place was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again and recommend it to others who want a clean apartment in an easy accessible neighbourhood. An Excellent experience and host!

Great base for exploring, so close to the beach, the mountains, the town. Really easy check in, everything worked as it should and the apartment is very spacious! We would love to stay here again!
