Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Gaeta

Wir mussten diese Unterkunft super spontan für 3 Tage buchen, weil die Gegend unserer ursprünglichen Unterkunft zu unsicher war. Sicherheit war also unser wichtigstes Kriterium und die Wohnung von Alessia befindet sich in einer sicheren Gegend. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Tatsache, dass das AirBnB geräumig ist. Die Terrasse ist sehr angenehm und fühlt sich privat an, selbst mit dem Blick auf den anderen Balkonen der umliegenden Wohngebäuden. Die zwei Badezimmer sind sehr praktisch. Eins hat sogar eine Badewanne, was mit Baby nach dem Strand zum Abduschen echt goldwert war. Der Strand ist ungefähr 5 bis 10 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß. Es ist Klimaanlage für diejenigen, die sowas nutzen. Wir schlafen lieber mit offenen Fenstern und Ohrenstöpsel (die ferne Straße ist schon ein bisschen laut). Immer wieder gerne :)

Wij waren erg content met het Palazzo. Precies overeenkomend met de foto’s en beschrijvingen. Caruso en Kelly zijn zeer betrokken gastgevers en geven honderd en een tips. Wij hebben genoten van het dakterras en de uitstekende positie in een oud en authentiek deel van Gaeta. Winkeltjes direct in omgeving, strand op loopafstand en plenty te bewonderen in mooi Gaeta! Aanrader!

La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

Det har skrivits mycket om svårigheter med parkering, zoner osv och vi tyckte inte att det var så krångligt. Ladda ner EasyPark appen så kan du betala din parkering via appen (går att betala per dygn och betald avgift gäller sedan i hela Gaeta, även om du byter parkeringsplats). Stannar du en vecka kan du köpa ett parkeringstillstånd som gör att du kan parkera billigare, men det parkeringstillståndet är inget måste - du kan betala parkering via EasyPark appen. Köper du inte ett ZTL tillstånd som ger dig möjlighet att parkera i gamla stan fredag och lördag natt, kunde vi enkelt hitta parkering vid kajen. Promenerar du från hamnen där alla restauranger ligger, är det ganska många trappor upp till lägenheten. Du kan behöva boka bord i förväg till de restauranger du vill besöka. Det finns ingen AC, men lägenheten ligger i skugga så inomhustemperaturen är behaglig. Vi hade också en fläkt i sovrummet. Lägenhetens läge är fantastiskt med en jättefin utsikt och en underbar terrass.

Tout était parfait ! Super séjour

E’ stato un weekend perfetto e rilassante! Casa pulita ed accogliente, il giardino poi totalmente recintato e curato ha permesso al nostro labrador di correre e giocare in assoluta sicurezza. La Sig.ra Graziella poi è stata da subito gentilissima. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare.

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Silvana è un host stupenda sotto tantissimi aspetti. Noi siamo stati accolti meglio che a casa. Porteremo nel cuore sia Silvana che il bellissimo paese tranquillo di Conca Casale. Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Wir verbrachten erholsame zwei Wochen bei Salvatore. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren,wie im Inserat, beschrieben. Man braucht ein Auto, um zu einem Restaurant zu gelangen und einige Unternehmungen zu machen. Im nächsten Ort ist aber auch eine gute Bahnverbindung, um nach Rom oder Neapel zu fahren. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr ländlich gelegen. Die frischen Früchte aus dem Garten, durften wir ernten. Der Pool ist war toll. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Haus weiter empfehlen.

Abbiamo alloggiato con tutta la famiglia (12 persone) e lo spazio era giusto, Antonio è una persona fantastica, super disponibile a qualsiasi ora, Iside ci ha accolto davvero in maniera eccellente…

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement et ses alentours correspondent tout à fait à la description et aux photos. Nos hôtes ont été très attentifs et disponibles. la piscine est très grande et offre une vue panoramique sur toute la vallée. Belle place de parking individuelle. Si vous cherchez la tranquillité dans un endroit rustique mais disposant tout de même d'un confort certain, c'est l'endroit parfait.

Wir haben mir unserer Familie eine wunderbare Zeit bei Novella in dem sehr schönen ländlich gelegenem Haus mit vielseitigem Garten und kleinem erfrischendem Pool verbracht. Dort hatten wir viel Ruhe zum lesen und ansonsten ging es mit dem Auto zum nahe gelegenen Sandstrand und mit dem Zug nach Rom und Neapel. Das Auto konnten wir am Bahnhof parken. Novella hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips zum Essen und schwimmen gehen vor Ort gegeben und war auch ansonsten immer erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus suchen und dennoch die Kultur und Strand in der Nähe genießen wollen.

Una piacevole settimana trascorsa presso l’alloggio di Carlo , persona estremamente cortese e sempre disponibile . Location caratterizzata dalla tranquillità e immersa nel verde . L’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione di Carlo . Consigliato !!

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

Very beautiful house that is full of charm and culture. Friendly host with a warm welcome. Pool was the highlight!

La casa è molto carina, dotata di mobili e elettrodomestici nuovi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 (due adulti e una bambina piccola che ha dormito sul comodo divano letto). Molto buona la posizione a solo 5 minuti a piedi dal mare dove sono presenti molti stabilimenti balneari, ottimi soprattutto se si viaggia con bimbi piccoli come nel nostro caso.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel welcome and was always available whenever we needed assistance or local recommendations. Their warmth and attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for our large family. It had everything we needed—well-equipped kitchen, comfortable common areas, and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views from the property were simply stunning, overlooking both the valley and the sea, especially at sunset. The location was ideal—just a short drive or walk to the charming old town and great restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet enough to feel like a true getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

it was such a wonderful stay in Pamela's apartment. Right in the wall of historical center, surrounded by ancient amphitheater, old cathedrals, a few restaurants and cafeteria. The street is not easy to find but it's nice and quiet and with an amazing view on the city. The apartment is clean and well decorated, good enough for a family. Pamela is very friendly and responsive. The only issue was finding the parking spot close enough to the apartment during the weekend.

Nous avons passé 7 jours merveilleux dans cette belle villa. L'accueil a été excellent, nous avons eu les consignes et tous les renseignements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Notre arrivée s'est très bien passée et nous avons les consignes pour y accéder rapidement. Même durant le séjour, Luigi a été très réactif pour répondre à nos questions. La villa est très confortable, située dans un environnement très calme avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Les commerces sont près à 5 minutes en voiture voire y aller à pieds. La plage est à 20 minutes à pieds. La villa possède tout le confort moderne, les chambres sont spacieuses. Tout est en ordre et meublé avec gout. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus. Luigi prend soin des voyageurs, en laissant quelques denrées pour débuter le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa et l'hôte.

Appartamentino splendido con bellissime decorazioni marine. Si trova in una via magari poco intuibile per l'accesso al primo check-in ma grazie alle indicazioni del Host Mirko molto più facile da trovare. Di fronte c'è un palazzo in ristrutturazione ma durante tutto il soggiorno non ci sono stati lavori quindi nessun problema riguardante rumori molesti. Trovandosi a pochi metri dalla spiaggia ci è stato molto comodo spostarsi a piedi nonostante avessimo un automobile. Consiglierei molto alle giovani coppie che vogliono passare un buon soggiorno nella splendida cornice di Gaeta.

Casa pulitissima e ordinata, arredamento moderno e Marco cordiale e simpatico. Sta diventando la nostra casa vacanze preferita. Sicuramente torneremo.

Sergio’s place was amazing and I would for sure stay again! We stayed during a holiday weekend with a carnival going on just a minute away. There were endless things to do within walking distance. Sergio’s communication was amazing and he went above and beyond! He was even able to save my car from being towed when I mistakenly parked where I shouldn’t have. Overall great place and even better host!
