We had a fantastic time with Port A Escapes. The condo was beautiful, matched the photos, and was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed going to the beach that was within walking distance, visiting the local restaurants, and sitting on the deck, enjoying the beautiful views of the Gulf.

This was our first stay with both Vacasa and at Palmilla and we were very impressed with the accommodations. The rooms were so large and spacious. The master bathroom was beautiful. We had a little bit of trouble with the internet in the evenings but everyone managed fine and took time away from screens. We will definitely return in the future.

We had a great stay. Place was roomy and comfortable for a family of 4. We could have had another small family or couple and it would still be plenty of space. The place was as described. It was very clean and stocked with everything you would need that was nonperishable. It even had kid utensils/plates which is a nice touch. No nonperishables that you normally see at these places but they also didn’t advertise having it. I would recommend but only complaint was because it’s on the main road was a little noisy at night.

Outstanding property! Pics don't do justice for this property. Pool is amazing and the beach is just a short walk over the dunes! Very family friendly and kids enjoyed a lot. Our Vacasa Rep, Gage who was on site was extremely helpful. He got our pool passes for us from the guest services as we were having a late arrival. This allowed us to enjoy the magnificent pool on our first evening itself. Definitely will visit again!!

Upon entering the condo we rented, the construction was not finished. There was a hole in the ceiling and it was mid-staged. After contacting check-in, the manager immediately found us two alternative places to stay that were larger than our original rental at the same price. The situation was handled very promptly and very well.

Resort Pools, Pet Friendly, Boardwalk to Beach

Our stay went great. Only thing was we had an issue with the toilet being clogged as soon as we arrived plus there was trash left behind the restroom trash. But other than that everything else was amazing. Very nice place. New construction area so not much near by. But over all we loved it. Will be returning soon!

The place was very nice and Vacasa was very responsive as a host. The kitchen was very well stocked as were soaps/shampoos/conditioners. The neighborhood is very nice and I appreciate the fact they cater to families and try to avoid the college spring break crowd. The pools were very nice with a lot of comfortable seating. It’s also nice they have food and drinks.

We had an amazing time at Pelican Bay! The bed was extremely comfortable, and clean. We were provided extra pillows, blankets and towels as well. The pier was a staple on our trip, the private pier made a great way for us to wind down after a long day! The property was calm and relaxing, and assigned parking was a bonus. We enjoyed our trip and look forward to being back when we are in town again!

We loved the stay at the Pelican Bay Resort, one thing you should not miss is going to the pier fishing. The host is very responsive, the place is clean and the other inhabitants are nice. I would recommend the stay here. Also, prices are reasonable for Rockport TX.

We had a great time at Pelican Bay Resort. We could check in before arriving and enter the cottage with no problem. The cottages were equipped with everything a family would need. We liked that we could take our puppies with us and that the place had a community center where people could bring guests and have celebrations. The price was also great there were no extra hidden fees and we feel it was all worth it. Additionally, the place was quiet and although you could see your neighbors occasionally, everyone was very respectful and kind.

We had a great time. Enjoyed all aspects except for a few minor things. Providing liquid hand soap for bath and kitchen would have been great as well as more than one tea towel in kitchen. Otherwise all was perfect.
