I stayed here for 5 weeks and had a great experience. The space was clean and had everything I needed. Carmen was really kind and always quick to respond to any questions or needs I had.

James was a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided prompt access info and instructions. We all loved the relaxing pool, ping pong table in the game room, the space throughout the house, the sound system and grilling on the patio. The details were a wonderful bonus such as the throw blankets, kitchen utensils, and the beach towels and pool toys. Very family friendly home and a great place to retreat.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Khanh and Ha’s. We were worried it would be raining during our stay, but the weather cleared up and we were able to enjoy the pool which was perfect size and depth for us. We picked this place in Katy based off what we knew was safe in the area, however it is a bit of a drive to downtown Houston for activities. Khan and Ha were very responsive even when we had questions in the middle of the night. We had a great quick stay. Thank you Khanh and Ha!

I stayed in Adriana’s home for a girls trip and we had so much fun. The home was perfectly located close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, bars, and the airport. Easy access to the highway. The house was beautiful and had everything you would need to stay away from home and more. Exactly like the pictures. I would highly recommend.

This was a very convenient and beautiful property. Me and my guest enjoyed staying here in a very hot city, we went for swims anytime we wanted. We played music on the deck all day, until quiet hours. The property was so nice, we captured lots of beautiful pictures, inside and outside. And the bonus is it's a patio home, which offers complete privacy. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our group had such a great time here, the whole house was clean and comfortable. There were so many fun amenities that kept us entertained during our stay but our favorites were definitely basketball and the pool. The space was perfect for the 9 of us and we would absolutely book this place again!

House was really clean! Check in was smooth, it had enough room for everyone! The only issue was the air upstairs one of them rooms was really hot, it never cooled down. Pool was SUPER clean!

My stay was amazing I came in town for my birthday with family and we felt right at home. The place looked just like the pictures and was so clean and put together. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would stay here again!!

The walk jog trails were amazing. The whole neighborhood was beautiful. Great location to stores and highways.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the property; it felt homely and clean. The host was flexible and understanding. There were plenty of amenities offered, and I loved how champagne and water were provided; it’s a nice touch!

Our two week stay at this place turned out wonderful. The fact than stood out the most is the location, the house was close literally to every major area, 3 minutes to Walmart, 5 minutes to the mall, easy access to both major highways in the city. Neighborhood was so clean, nice and safe. The house itself had every basic necessity, turned out to be way bigger than we expected, all appliances worked perfectly. Minh was extremely helpful, welcoming and very quick in communicating. Definitely recommend this place for families or large groups, for short or for long periods. Loved the place.

Shabih’s place was excellent for our family’s stay! We loved being so close to a park and the pack n’ play on site was super helpful. It was great that everything was one level for our multigenerational stay and everything was free of clutter which was super helpful.

Khanh and Ha house was everything my friends and I expected. Decided to do a local bachelor party here in Houston. It was fun! Definitely played pickleball, basketball, and the pool was so nice to jump into after the summer heat. The inside was also awesome! The karaoke room was a great addition to the home. We definitely enjoyed that late at night. All in all awesome home. What’s even better was that khanh and ha were great at communicating. Any time we would have a question it would take no longer than 30 min for them to get back to us if not it was quick. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to other friends and family. this place was amazing. Beautiful view of the water from the backyard. Beautiful home. very quiet and peaceful. Richida was very responsive and welcoming. gave clear instructions and have a home that is stunning and well prepared. would stay there again when im in the area.

The property was nice as listed also the photos doesn’t do it justice it was beyond beautiful it was clean wish we had stayed longer. The pool table was a hit for my sons and family we love billiards, Host was responsive will definitely rent again when in Houston.

The property and nearby location were lovely. The neighborhood was quiet plus the lake and surrounding area were gorgeous. Everything was as listed and any instructions received from the host regarding my stay were simple and clear. I also had to check in earlier than listed and Fusheng was very quick to respond and understanding of my situation. The stay was a wonderful experience and I felt right at home. I hope to stay at this location again and would recommend it to anyone looking to have a wonderful time in Katy!
