Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We had a wonderful time with Maria in Geißach! The lovingly expanded Alpine-style hut is a real gem – very well maintained, cozy and idyllically located at the end of a hermitage. We especially liked the quiet location on the mountain, surrounded by orchards, where you can sit in the shade and watch the calves. The amenities were excellent, especially for our little son: baby travel cot, high chair and even a stair gate – everything was available and in the best condition. Despite the quiet location, you can reach Aldi or DM in a few minutes by car, and the area also offers many beautiful excursion options. Maria was a very warm hostess, with whom you immediately feel welcome. We will be happy to come back!

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. The stay by Tina was wonderful in every sense you can imagine. She and her family were very nice, excellent and very kind hosts. The apartment is fantastically equipped and nicely decorated. The location is excellent, close to nature and very silent. Nevertheless, it is close to bus connection to Innsbruck downtown. Thank you, Tina!

The apartment captivates with its breathtaking view. The rooms are sufficiently large, as are the bathrooms. Underfloor heating and cozy beds complete the package. There are many, varied restaurants and shopping facilities in the vicinity. The house is in a quiet area, the outdoor terrace has plenty of space and sunlight. Communication with Katrin was straightforward and the answers were quick. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days there. We will be happy to come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located directly at the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to the city center. If you come by public transport, we recommend the W bus line, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and uncomplicated. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily need are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.

Communication with Antonia was very fast and super friendly. The apartment was clean, beautifully furnished and the small garden was perfect for relaxing. The location was also perfect, because it was quiet but still within walking distance of many things. Will be booked again for the next vacation at the Zugspitze!
