Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

The villa is located in a very quiet residence, surrounded by greenery, 400 meters from the sea and a 15-minute drive from the center of Cagliari, the port and the airport. The area is well served. Within walking distance is a shopping center, bars, pizzerias and restaurants and for days of total relaxation, you can leave your car and walk to the nearby beach of La Maddalena, equipped with all amenities and bars/restaurants facing the sea. Summer evenings are enlivened by music and events.
