Welcome to stay in our guest house in the middle of Paradiset - Sparsör! The house has its own private entrance from the parking lot. You have a bedroom and a spacious kitchen combined with living room. In the kitchen there is a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, and kitchen equipment. In the bathroom there is a washer/dryer. Accommodation is best suited for max 2 adults and 2 children. Double bed can be shared, as well as an extra single bed available. The house is located in a scenic area, with about 1 km down to the lake. Private patio and barbecue to use.

Cozy cottage overlooking Öresjö in quiet residential area. Sleeping loft with two beds and sofa bed with two beds. Wood-burning stove for cozy bonfires is available, and wood is included. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. The cottage is about 30 sqm and is located at about 1 km distance to the public bathing area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20 minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

Slappna av i denna unika sjöstuga med fantastiskt läge vid Öresjön. Lugnt läge med vacker solnedgång. Fiske 🎣 Bäddsoffa med plats för 2 i markplan och loft med plats för 2 -3 bäddar/madrasser. Litet badrum/toalett. Diskbänk utomhus (diskning sker alltså utomhus). I stugan finns dock mindre kyl, enklare kokplatta (dubbla plattor) samt mikrovågsugn. 2 stycken grillar utomhus ( kolgrill ingår inte). Tillgång till båt/kanot Lakan/handduk ingår inte men kan ordnas vissa veckor för 150kr per set.

Njut i detta fridfulla, nyrenoverade hus med skog och vandringsleder i nära anslutning till tomten. Wi-Fi finns i huset. På promenadavstånd finns en sjö med badplats samt möjlighet att hyra båt för tex fiske. Hyra av båt och fiskekort köps i restaurangen vid rastplatsen vid sjön. 3 km från huset ligger Borås golfklubb. Du har också närheten till centrala Borås som enkelt nås med bil på ca 5 minuter. I Sverige får du vandra fritt i skog och natur men inte gå in på privata tomter.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Apartment on small Västgötagård

Welcome to a small apartment in the courtyard barn with its own patio and nature as well as the sheep around. The farm, which is from the 1880s, is located about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with larger ICA store. It is about 5 km to fantastic swimming area and of course there is a parking space for the car by the house.
