We were very well and warmly welcomed by Elena and Giuseppe. The accommodation is very functional, clean, pleasantly decorated. The garden, which you can enjoy, is a beautiful resting space, pleasant to the eyes. Note that the vehicle can be easily parked. This accommodation is well located, and allows you to visit very easily, by car or public transport, very interesting cities nearby. Very good stay, we'll be happy to come back.

A beautiful house with a lovely garden. Marisa was very helpful and kind. We were welcomed to the house by her and shown around. Prosecco in the fridge and flowers on the table. She even baked us a cake one day. I definitely recommend this house and host. Also, great communication from her daughter who helps to manage the house.

Gorgeous house with great terrace! Comfortable beds, great amenities. There's everything you need and more. Irca and her husband are loving hosts and are open to all requests. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back!

The house is even more beautiful than the photos , cared for in every detail , the plus is the sauna with relaxation area overlooking the mountains . Nothing is missing to spend a few days relaxing and in the middle of nature . Ferruccio is friendly and ready to meet every minimum need . There are plenty of trails to explore nearby. Experience to repeat .

We were there for the second time and were super satisfied. Giovanni is always friendly and responds quickly to messages. The location is simply top!! Very central and only a few meters to the beach. We will definitely be back

Really nice and good Communication

We stayed at Giovanna's place as 4 couples and just loved it! Each room has its own bathroom, everything is spacious and clean. The house is very creative and cozy. We were lucky with the weather and were able to eat outside and fully enjoy the pool. The house is very well located for excursions to the sea, cities (Venice, Treviso, etc.) and wineries. Giovanna gives very good excursion tips. We were very satisfied all around and 100% recommend the house.

I was worried because I chose the accommodation where my dad was staying, but he took care of it before I arrived- Always kindly answer questions and He said he had no discomfort at all. And the house is so pretty, the kitchen is big, and he said he was very comfortable~~ I am grateful for the use. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything. It was a wonderful stay.

The accommodation met our expectations, it has everything we need for a pleasant stay. Everything was impeccably clean, beautiful view from the side of the sea, and from the roof where the pool is located on the part of Caorle and the sea. Very cozy and well cared for mobile house in a very nice campsite, location of the house also excellent as it is not too close to other houses. In front of the supermarket, so convenient to buy bread or milk or other. Close to the pool , a favorite place for children. The only flaw is the wifi that didn't work properly (also in that camping area the phone didn't take well), but maybe it depends on the area in general that lacks coverage.

Perfect location right in the center, but quiet as it is away from the road. Close to a large car park so very easy to drop and pickup guests. All shops and restaurants / bars are walking distance. Having an elevator is convenient, the small terras is good to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Sufficient space in the apartment.

The place is beautiful, really relaxing, there is plenty to do in the area. We had everything we needed in the house, the kitchen is well equipped, very comfy beds, nice bathroom, outdoor furniture. our dog loved the garden😀Patty is super host, the check-in amd out was very smooth. We had a wonderfull stay.

Simply perfect accommodation for families or larger groups. Authentically furnished, and also designed for cooking for many people. We really enjoyed the time with Loris and family!

Amazing surroundings Place bigger than looks in photo (the second bedroom is small - in our case perfect we were just travelling with our baby). Crib/high chair provided perfect for traveling with baby Definitely worth a stop for a few days!

Zelda's house is beautiful, in a great location and everything was perfect. Annamaria was always punctual and present to coordinate self check-in and give us advice. A single suggestion for further improvement; being in Friuli, it would have been nice to find a welcome bottle of white wine with two chips and/or tarallini. In any case, if I had to go back to Udine, I would definitely go back there.

The apartment was amazing. We found everything we need and more. Rooms were perfectly clean. The owner was friendly and helpful.
