Beachfront holiday rentals in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We arrived in Grado and Paolo waited at the agreed meeting point and took us to the apartment. The communication was flawless and Paolo welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything very well. The apartment is great Perfect for us (4 friends) from the location and the layout of the apartment. We would book this apartment again at any time

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

Andrea is great host. Fast reply and solve all our needs. Apartment is nice and fully equipped. Close to the beach. There is a lot of city events in the evenings to enjoy local atmosphere. Supermarkets available if you prefer to eat own meal and restaurant or pizza slices take away at each corner (highly recommended) 🙂👍

Great location, clean, cozy apartment with a nice and functional balcony, enough space to accommodate things and relax in general. The sea is 5 minutes away, all within walking distance. The hosts of the apartment are very kind and friendly, helped to resolve a couple of questions, in a matter of minutes. I liked everything so much that we would like to go back there again, but already in the warmer time, for the beach season. Thank you! ☺️

We were 4 sisters who had the pleasure of vacationing in Alessandro's accommodation. The place is large and has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Alessandro answered every question quickly and even helped us find a suitable offer for a trip to Venice. We felt very comfortable and look forward to coming back next year. My husband and I had a very pleasant weekend in Caorle in Gianluca's apartment. Apartment with impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and well-stocked. Located in a quiet area but close to all amenities... the beach service included in the offer is also great, which is not so obvious to have!

Well-organized apartment, comfortable beds and impeccable cleanliness. Fourth floor with elevator and parking inside the property. kind and punctual host everything is perfect!

Duplex apartment very well equipped (including coffee maker), located 500m from wide free beach and 2 km from the city center (perfect distance for evening walk for dinner and ice cream). Everything you need in the area: grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and bakeries. A parking spot in an underground garage is priceless. Free access to a very well-maintained pool (1.45 m), a shower for children, and sun loungers. Great !!!

Federico is a very accommodating host. The communication went smoothly and very friendly. Messages were responded to very quickly and also a spontaneous change in arrival time was not an issue. The apartment is very nicely located, right on the beach. You can walk very quickly to the pedestrian zone. In the apartment you will also find everything you need for cooking, etc. It was a very nice and successful stay. Thank you for that 😊

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

The appartment is comfortable, clean and quite close to the seaside. Also the kitchen was also quite well equipped and since a lot of restaurants are nearby, we always had good food. Recommended by us (:

We stayed at Anna's place for 10 days. The apartment is very clean and cozy. In addition, it has everything you need. The location is very convenient: only a few minutes to the sea. Anna was very kind, responded quickly and even left us breakfast! We were impressed with the hospitality. There is good internet in the apartment, so I could work without any problems. It is also convenient to park the car. I will recommend Anna to my friends!

Nice apartment in the heart of Grado. We could check in late night which was very helpful for us. Jara was very helpful and used to reply in due time. I can recommend this apartment.

We stayed at the Airbnb for a week and it was a good fit for three people. However, there is a very narrow spiral staircase between the kitchen and the bedroom/bathroom, where we as young and slim people sometimes struggled. You should definitely keep this in mind when booking. The location could not be better in the old town of Grado and communication with the landlords worked very well! The kitchen is very well equipped, but there are no towels and no bed linen, you have to bring your own. In summary, we liked it very much in the Airbnb and we will be happy to come back! :-)
