Holiday rentals with a pool in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at this villa, and it was truly an holiday to remember. Our group of nine found the villa spacious, comfortable, and clean. Suzanna welcomed us warmly and was always on hand if we needed her. The WiFi was good. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly the pool. Pristine (cleaned almost daily) and inviting, it provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. The outdoor area was large and very comfortable, offering plenty of shaded seating and space for dining outside. We loved the table-tennis table too. The villa's interior was basic but clean - we only used it really for sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed (a kettle would be a great addition!) and 3 bathrooms with showers was plenty. Having a car is highly recommended. The villa is in a peaceful, scenic location, but you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding area/food shopping etc. Good shops and bakeries are close by. Lastly, don’t forget to pack some mosquito spray!

This place was great and Renato was very friendly and extremely helpful with the accommodations. He even arranged for a wheelchair ramp to be built for our stay. The rental is very clean, private and safe, and the area is great for a cycling getaway. We will definitely book again with Renato!

Wir haben uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschöne Lage, mit Blick von der Terrasse in einen parkartigen Garten. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

We had an amazing stay in Bibione – thank you so much, Umberto! We’ve never had such a kind and flexible host. We messed up our check-in time, but he patiently waited for us and was incredibly understanding. The apartment is huge, unbelievably clean (cleaner than any Airbnb we’ve stayed at!), and just a short walk from the beach. We’d come back in a heartbeat – highly recommended

Ottima posizione per raggiungere montagna, mare e città. Abbiamo visitato Sappada, Gorizia, San Daniele e un paio di ottime cantine. Posizione tranquilla, casa pulita, a Pasquetta abbiamo sfruttato il barbeque esterno per grigliata Host disponibile, visitato le scuderie. Consigliato

What a find - a fantastic house in a great setting with the added bonus of the vineyard (and the hosts wine!) and the food offer which was just brilliant. Federica was aa awesome host and she and her family made us feel so welcome. Hope to come back soon and will certainly be recommending widely.

Our stay at the villa in Marina Julia was fantastic! The villa was great with very good facilities, a nice yard and a great pool. The villa is about a 10 minute walk from the beach, and a natura 2000 reserve where you can strawl along the coastline and find peace and quiet. Our hosts were very helpful when we had to visit the local emergency room, for which we want to thank them again. All in all , we had a wonderful stay at the villa and would certainly return for another visit in the future.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Gelindo hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen (man hört nachts meist gar keine Autos oder sonstiges), was für sehr entspannte Abende auf der Terrasse sorgt. Ausstattung war auch wie beschrieben vorhanden, und mit dem Auto kann man einige Ausflugsziele erreichen

Wir waren nun schon das 3. Kahr in Folge in der Unterkunft und sind nach wie vor begeistert... Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal da und waren super zufrieden. Giovanni ist stets freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten. Die Lage ist einfach nur Top!! Sehr zentral und nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Wir waren 11 Tage in der Unterkunft von Gianluca und mehr als zufrieden. Vor allem die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft selbst war bestens ausgestattet (Besteck, Öl, Salz, Zucker, Kaffe, Luftpumpe...usw.) Es war alles sehr sauber und wir hatten einen großen Balkon. Gianluca war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar einen späteren Check-out ermöglicht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Super séjour !!! Les hôtes sont très accueillant et très gentil tout les deux👌🏽 a notre arrivée surprise il y avais de la nourritures dans les placards et le frigo, de quoi passer une soirée tranquille ce qui es super !! car nous avons fait de la route sa nous as éviter de nous déplacer le premier jour pour faire des courses ce qui a permis qu’on ce repose de notre route. L’appartement et super classes tout pour passé un super séjour ! Je recommande a 1000 %. Merci à vous es à bientôt 👋🏽

It was very great location and Fabiola was very helpful and kind host.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
