Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We were very well and warmly welcomed by Elena and Giuseppe. The accommodation is very functional, clean, pleasantly decorated. The garden, which you can enjoy, is a beautiful resting space, pleasant to the eyes. Note that the vehicle can be easily parked. This accommodation is well located, and allows you to visit very easily, by car or public transport, very interesting cities nearby. Very good stay, we'll be happy to come back.

A beautiful house with a lovely garden. Marisa was very helpful and kind. We were welcomed to the house by her and shown around. Prosecco in the fridge and flowers on the table. She even baked us a cake one day. I definitely recommend this house and host. Also, great communication from her daughter who helps to manage the house.

Great accommodation, with a very nice bathroom and a great garden. The weather was still a bit cool, but the apartment was well heated. Mary is very hospitable and we felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back.

What a peaceful place! Stefania, Lamberto and dog Morris are wonderful. Everything comes from the heart. They were available and helpful. Cozy rooms, a full equipped kitchen and quiet in the night. We had space in the courtyard and the garden. In this place you can relax! Taste their own delicious organic olive oil! One of the best stays we ever had (and we've travelled a lot). The house is even more beautiful than the photos , cared for in every detail , the plus is the sauna with relaxation area overlooking the mountains . Nothing is missing to spend a few days relaxing and in the middle of nature . Ferruccio is friendly and ready to meet every minimum need . There are plenty of trails to explore nearby. Experience to repeat .

It was simply enchanting in every way. We were able to spend an unforgettable time, one would certainly endure it even longer. Fantastic location right by the sea, terrace invites you to linger. Mega roof terrace. Full equipment and there is absolutely nothing missing.

Perfect location right in the center, but quiet as it is away from the road. Close to a large car park so very easy to drop and pickup guests. All shops and restaurants / bars are walking distance. Having an elevator is convenient, the small terras is good to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Sufficient space in the apartment.

I frequently stay in Airbnb accommodations due to my work, and Stefan's apartment is undoubtedly one of the best I've experienced. The apartment is spacious and offers a high degree of privacy. It also features a large underground garage, and the surrounding neighbors are both quiet and friendly. The bed is comfortable, and the presence of a gas stove is a welcome rarity these days. The shower is excellent as well. I found no faults during my stay. I highly recommend Stefan's place and will certainly book it again when I return to the area.

We stayed in an apartment of Alex's for five nights in June - for the second time - and were again completely thrilled. The communication with Alex was super friendly, fast and uncomplicated, the self check-in went smoothly. The apartment was clean, decorated in a modern way, and very welcoming. The sea view was simply fantastic - like in the movies! The location is ideal: just a few steps to the beach and the old town with many restaurants and small shops. Our son (8 years old), my partner and I enjoyed the time very much - during the day on the beach, in the evening at dinner in Caorle. Everything you need for everyday life was there. A big thank you to Alex for the great support! We can absolutely recommend his apartments and are already looking forward to our stay next year. 😍🌞🌊

Davide and Alessandra are great hosts and made us feel right at home. The place was everything we hoped for, and Davide spoiled us with a homemade cake, juice, walnut liquor (oh yes!) and great advise on the surroundings. The location is super idyllic and quiet. Beautiful apartment, walkable distance from the city

The apartment is impeccably clean, decorated with a lot of love, and took care of every detail. It is equipped to the smallest detail. You will not miss anything during your stay. The apartment has everything and shows that a lot of money and love has been invested to make guests feel at home and better. The location is great for touring the region. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlors in that little town and there is an Outlet with great prices and a huge selection. Don't forget to sign up at the Info desk for an additional 10%discount. Venice is a 30-minute drive away (watch out for cameras and speed limit) and can be taken by train. The only opsaka is the cafe that is right under the appartment and there is very loud music late into the night which can be a nuisance in the summer when the windows are open to people looking for peace. The apartment has definitely exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to return

Zelda's house is beautiful, in a great location and everything was perfect. Annamaria was always punctual and present to coordinate self check-in and give us advice. A single suggestion for further improvement; being in Friuli, it would have been nice to find a welcome bottle of white wine with two chips and/or tarallini. In any case, if I had to go back to Udine, I would definitely go back there.
