Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

A szállás tökéletes, tiszta, minden szükséges felszereléssel. Központi, mégis nyugodt helyen található. A csütörtöki piacot nem szabad kihagyni, igazi hangulattal teli a tér. Riccardo nagyon gondos, odafigyelő, kedves, mindenről tájékoztatott és a legkisebb tudnivalóról is szólt. Rugalmas és rendkívül segítőkész. A város közel a tengerhez és sok egyéb látnivalóhoz. Ha erre járok, biztosan visszatérek Riccardóhoz. Köszönet a vendéglátásért, csak ajánlani tudom.

This was an easy, convenient place to stay. Our group enjoyed our stay at this house. We were comfortable and had plenty of space. The small garden is very nice and the children enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the washer and dryer. We had plenty of space to securely park our car, and the property was easy and convenient to access. It was convenient to both Venice and the Marco Polo airport.

It was an amazing place, huge house with plenty of room for everyone. The host was super friendly, response time was really quick and helpful. All the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. Just the location mentioned on the Airbnb website was different than the actual one, so the distance to the slope was a but further. But still close and easy accessible with a car.

Posto veramente tranquillo e silenzioso; Molto centrale alla zona con negozi praticamente a 10 minuti in ogni direzione. Posto molto pulito e accogliente e check in veloce senza problemi; gentilissime le signore che gestiscono il locale: molto aperte ad aiutare in caso di problemi e molto responsive durante la permanenza nel locale. Settimana passata in allegria e tranquillità!

We stayed in the apartment for a week in August. We really enjoyed an apartment in a homely atmosphere, clean and well equipped. The view from the apartment is great. It is centrally located near many attractions within walking distance or a short drive. The owner of the apartment, Valeria, is very nice. She speaks good English.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos stimmen mit den örtlichen Gegebenheiten überein. Die gesamte Anlage, in der das Ferienhaus liegt, ist sehr gepflegt und gerade der Poolbereich ist echt super gewesen! Poolbar und Restaurant sind eher hochpreisig, aber gut. Da es aus der Beschreibung nicht genau hervorgeht, hier nochmal die Aufteilung des Hauses: Der Eingang liegt im oberen Geschoss, hier ist ein offener Wohn- und Küchenbereich mit Esstisch. Hier gibt es auch zwei Balkone, einer mit Liegen und einer mit Esstisch. Außerdem befinden sich im oberen Geschoss die beiden Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer mit Wanne. Im unteren Geschoss ist die Garage, in der zwei Autos hintereinander Platz haben. Außerdem gibt es hier noch ein Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Es gibt ein Shuttle zum hoteleigenen Strand, wir sind aber immer mit dem Auto gefahren, da es dort genügend Parkplätze gibt (auch ein paar kostenlose). Man kann auch zu Fuß gehen, ist aber eher weit und kein schöner Weg entlang der Straße.

Dopo una giornata di escursioni è sempre un piacere tornare in questa casa di legno e pietra, con un giardino verdissimo e un cane simpaticissimo. Si giorno il canto delle cicale, di sera dei grilli, di notte un mare di stelle... La casa corrisponde alla descrizione. Attimis è una località tranquilla adatta per un periodo di tutto riposo. I dintorni meritano visite e Federica è disponibile per informazioni precise. Oltre ai boschi di Attimis da non dimenticare Porzus, Cividale del Friuli, la valle del Natisone e una salita al Matajur per una vista spettacolare. Salendo verso nord si raggiunge rapidamente Venzone, che merita una visita, e tutta la Carnia fino ai laghi di Fusine semplicemente stupenda. Numerosi i centri da visitare ogniuno con le sue caratteristiche: Sauris, Sutrio, Pesariis ecc. Molto belle anche le valli verso est da cui si passa in Slovenia e alla valle dell' Isonzo. Da non dimenticare: frico, cjiarson e tiramisù!

We visited Casa Pikes with 4 adults and 3 kids: 1, 6 and 12 years old. The spacious garden was perfect for kids to play. The house is made with high end furniture and decor which is no doubts beautiful, but at some moments I was afraid that kids might damage it. We spent our time swimming in the crystal clear river, having welness moments in sauna and BBQing. Absolutely satisfied with our stay and would love to come back. Many thanks to Aldo who was always nearby to help us to find our ways around.

Wir möchten uns herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken, eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Familie. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ebenfalls die dazugehörende Umgebung mit dem Whirlpool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Strände von Lignano und Bibione liegen nur wenige Autominuten vom Haus entfernt. Die Location ist sehr zum Empfehlen.

The accommodation was perfect for us. He gave us the opportunity to be the users of a huge estate for a week. In addition to beautiful cedar trees, there are many other types of trees on the plot (chestnut, linden, oak). Despite the huge size of the house, it is free of exaggerations. We had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable kitchen and a large living room. Parking is convenient even with an SUV-sized car, and it is possible to enter the property through a large gate about 7-8 meters wide. It is recommended for all those who are not afraid of the nature of rural life, so they are not afraid of a wasp that may wander onto the terrace or (despite the mosquito net that can be lowered on the terrace doors, possibly) into the house. We didn't miss the air conditioning in the house, we slept with the windows open. It is possible that not everyone would feel perfectly comfortable in it due to the inaccessible parts of the house, but we fell in love with the "house of our dreams".

Die Villa Verecondi Scortecci ist ein prächtiges Anwesen, das liebevoll hergerichtet und sorgfältig verwaltet wird. Wir sind sehr aufmerksam empfangen worden, hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, in der uns die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich, zurückhaltend und zuvorkommend begegnet ist. In jeder Hinsicht haben wir uns dort wohlgefühlt und das weitläufige Areal mit dem wunderbaren Pool , den schön gestalteten Sitzgelegenheiten bis hin zum Jacuzzi sehr genossen.

Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum! Können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen!!

Villa Ronco Albina felt like so munch more than a holiday stay ... it felt like home. The villa was lovely, surrounded by nature and peace, with a wonderful fit and finish. And to complement that, Katerina, Marco and all of the special people who support the villa were always available and helpful. We came to the villa to see another part of Italy and to take a break from the crowds and hurry. While we certainly succeeded, we also discovered that there is so much to do in Friuli, although on a much more tranquil pace. From all of the charms of the villa, steam and dry saunas and forest walks, we discovered authentic pizza making led by Marco to mountain biking through the hills and historical sites (guided by Renato whose passion for the area is infectious). We only wished we had stayed longer...but we shall return shortly.

Sehr romantisches und familiäres Ambiente! Perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen! Gerne wieder!

Ontbijt en dinner waren beiden enorm lekker. Mooi verblijf. Helemaal tot rust gekomen.

Echt een super mooie plek waar je helemaal tot rust kan komen. Mega aardige familie die je alles kunnen vertellen over de geschiedenis van het prachtige oude pand en de regio en je tijdens de wijnproeverij graag kennis laten maken met hun zelf gemaakte wijnen. Het verblijf is wat aan de duurdere kant maar absoluut zijn geld waard! We komen graag nog een keer terug:)

La Luna Dell Montagne is a beautifully converted cottage in a secluded location by a river - simply stunning. Excellent kitchen, living space and bedrooms along with amazing bathroom. Tarviso is surrounded by awesome mountains & has access to great walks & cross country skiing. Nature is at the door - literally with the Deer and the river running by outside. Marina is a fantastic host. Arranged to meet us on arrival and explain the house to us. Also arranged for patisserie deliveries as a surprise :) She has created a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and felt very relaxed in the house

Von der Kommunikation vor der Anreise, dem Check-in sowie der Hilfe während des Aufenthaltes war alles top! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Traumhafte Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Man muss wissen, dass es etwas abgelegen ist und man im Prinzip auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Gute Restaurants sind aber schnell zu erreichen, auch Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Skifahren, Langlauf, Rodeln und Winterwanderwege sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und einem Hund im Haus und Garten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Absolute Empfehlung für einen ruhigen Urlaub in einer sehr schönen und sauberen Unterkunft - wir kommen wieder :)

Ideale per un gruppo di amici! La casa è spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata. Il giardino è enorme e perfetto per divertirsi all’aperto, con campo da calcio, rete da pallavolo e spazio per giocare a badminton. C'è tutto quello che serve per passare un weekend all'insegna del relax e del divertimento.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! L’alloggio è bellissimo, caldo e spazioso. La vasca idromassaggio è un tocca sana . Letto comodo e lenzuola pulite e profumate. Abbiamo cenato per due sere al ristorante presente nel villaggio e devo dire davvero ottimo!! Bellissima la location, gentilissimi i ragazzi che lavoravano, soprattutto la ragazza che ci ha serviti, davvero paziente e splendida. Tutto BUONISSIMO e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Stiamo già pensando di tornare mese prossimo perché ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene 🩷

Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Blockhütte. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig und ideal zum Abschalten – perfekt für ein paar erholsame Tage in der Natur. Die flexiblen Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gestaltet. Ein Highlight war der Besuch im Restaurant von Rik – ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das wir nicht so schnell vergessen werden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
