Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

This was a beautiful house that we enjoyed for a small family get-together. The setting was peaceful in the woods of Bailey, the house was full of light and had all of the amenities one would need from kitchen utensils, to laundry and nice linens. The place was sparkling clean and had plenty of bathrooms which is always a big plus. Plenty of hikes are nearby. You do have a drive about 45 minutes if you want to eat out in Evergreen. Kathryn and James were super friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here!

This beautiful home worked out perfectly for our family getaway with seven people. Absolutely incredible, breathtaking views. If you need anything, great response time from the hosts. I’d highly recommend!

This cabin was incredible! We used it for a girl’s weekend for a group of 12 and it was the perfect place. It’s clear how thoughtfully curated this cabin was. It’s beautifully decorated AND functional - it had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us and we all enjoyed ourselves. Our favorite part was seeing a little fox friend who came to visit us each day! The location is great as well. We loved the little town of Alma and its food truck, coffee shop, and Almart convenience store. We drove into Breck for a hike and lunch and it was a super easy trip. Thank you, Kasey for your hospitality - we hope to be back again!

Comfortable and clean place that fit our needs well. We were in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the gondola. We had a great time.

We had the best time!!! We travelled between Memorial Day and the beginning of June and Keystone was pretty well shut down which was slightly disappointing for our teen kids who were hoping to do some exploring. The house was so comfortable, everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We cooked great meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and we drove down to Breckenridge for restaurants and more of a vibe. Keith and Bruce were so kind and responsive. We’d love to come back to Keystone when there’s more happening!

We had a great stay in Winter Park. We traveled up for a wedding and everything was perfect. The hot tub and pool were a great bonus too. We would love to come up and stay again.

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Cloud 9 Cabin! It was a cozy space in a quiet location. We also enjoyed being close to Breckenridge, Alma, and Fairplay.

We had a wonderful stay and this was a great place to just get away. We immediately felt right at home, lots of family friendly amenities (pack and play, kid games, kid friendly dishes, & high hair). Easy to get to downtown Frisco and walkable to a nice creek. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

Words can’t describe how special our stay was in this cabin. I was excited because the photos in the listing made the place look incredible, and the photos don’t even do it justice. The furniture is so comfortable and each room is well decorated. Each space was fun to hang out in. The views are beautiful. We vow to return.

Listening to the water flow while in the hot tub is an experience like no other! But the indoor fire stove was my favorite feature of the house. It’s not mentioned but the surrounding area is very dark and depending on the moon cycle you can faintly see the Milky Way with the naked eye! Highly recommend if the skies are clear out and it’s close to a new moon. We had a wonderful stay and I plan on trying to stay here again the next time I’m in the area. Wonderful location - just a short walk to downtown Frisco, the Marina, and scenic trails like Rainbow Lake and the Summit County Rec Path, perfect for walking and biking. The place was very comfortable and accommodating for our group of five. Devin was an excellent and responsive host. We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Excellent location! Close to I70 so easy access to all of things skiing, hiking, biking, restaurants, breweries. We knew this at the time of booking, but for the cost of the condo (which already includes a cleaning fee), there is an additional $75 fee for use of hot tub as a “cleaning fee”. That should be included in general cleaning fee and if damage or excessive cleaning needed after stay, then charge the guest. Otherwise, fantastic and hosts were easy to work with, garage was clutch for easy parking and letting gear dry and kitchen was well stocked if you planned to cook in.

Beautiful location & home. My only complaint was it got very hot upstairs bedroom. I could not figure out how to use ceiling fan without light on.

The home strikes a great balance between feeling tucked away in nature and being conveniently close to town, with great restaurants and stores just a short drive away. What truly set this stay apart, though, was Carolyn's kindness and thoughtfulness. After we left a few items behind, she went out of her way to ship them back to us, which we deeply appreciated. It's rare to find a host that attentive and caring! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, wintery escape.
