Sinds 1980 runt boer Folkert de melkveehouderij waar 110 koeien gemelkt worden. Kom tot rust in de hot tub of neem een duik in de zwemvijver nabij. Characteristic is the ‘smûke’ scenery with thousands of kilometres of alder, dykswâlen (wooden ramparts) and hundreds of pingos and pools. The area has unique flora and fauna. Biodiversity is high here. A short distance from Groningen, Leeuwarden, Dokkum and the Ydillian Wadden Islands. The area is very suitable for hiking, cycling, canoeing.

U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Cozy and comfortable tiny house near the Frisian Lakes, surrounded by horses, storks and free-range chickens. Here you can relax in the new sauna, hiking, cycling, or rent a boat. I'll be happy to tell you my favorite spots in the area. From the nicest restaurants on the water to the most beautiful swimming spots. Sauna and ice bath are not included in the price and are settled separately. Price €25 for 4 hours. Update May 14: Unfortunately, the hot tub is gone.
