Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Friendswood

The place is in a great location. Close to great restaurants and especially close to family for me. It’s near a fairly busy street but quiet. It was a peaceful stay for us. It had all of the necessary cooking utensils etc. that we needed. The backyard was awesome for my dog.

This home was remodeled nicely and a great fit for our crew. Everyone seemed to like their beds. Outdoor chill spot was entertaining with birds and neighbors pets as the only noise except for an occasional car going through the subdivision. Electronic entry code with clear instructions made check-in easy (but you cannot click the link to the check-in through the app so make sure to log into your reservation through the website for instructions). Everything was nice and squeaky clean, but nothing at all left from prior stays (such as cooking spray, salt, etc). However, there was a cute coffee set-up with filters, grounds, sugar packets, and individual creamers. We were even welcomed by a bottle of wine! Nice newer cookware that made us feel bad using the metal utensils provided as we would only use wood or silicone in our non-stick pans at home. Plenty of towels and laundry available, but no washcloths. Overall, a good value and would stay again if we're in the area!

We had to leave after one bight because of an emergency at home. Ann was very generous and offered us a refund on the rest of our stay and we appreciated his gesture a lot. Will definitely consider next time we are in Houston.

A wonderful place to stay! Petric has put a lot of intention and creativity into the modernization of this home. Beautiful large open, space kitchen is the highlight of the home. Excellent choice for a family of 5-6. Private office was a bonus.

The home was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for our 3 families, especially for 4 kids 3 and under to run around and play. The hosts were extremely helpful, responsive, and even went the extra mile to make sure the pool was working so the kiddos could swim! I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone!

I read somewhere on the listing that you don’t want to make any other plans because you’re gonna wanna stay here the whole time! That is the most truest statement. This place is absolutely amazing! It was just a girls trip for me and my best friend. We had the whole house to ourselvesand it was truly an experience! We absolutely loved it.

We were in town for my sister's graduation and we ranged from 60 to 2 in age and there was something for each of us to enjoy. The space was amazing, the location was perfect. It was literally 15-20 minutes from everything we had planned for the weekend. My children lived in the pool, my 11yr old wouldn't stay off the basketball court. The grill and deck were perfect for after the graduation ceremony. We are already in the talks of when we will be booking this Airbnb again!!! Thank you for making this trip so memorial and special!!

What a beautiful place to go and relax. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything was absolutely wonderful. I would do this again in a heartbeat and plan to can't say enough about the host as well. She responded immediately every time I had a question if you're looking for a getaway that's nice and quiet as a beautiful pool where you can have your morning coffee This is the place for you. That's for sure. I recently lost my husband of 37 years and needed a little quiet time with a few friends and family.❤️

Ms.Cynthia was very responsive,and she gave very clear instructions on how to use everything in the space and also how to find the apartment as well. The space was very clean and very comfortable.

Great place to crash in Houston. There aren't a lot of places near my friend's house so this was a great find. They also allow pets so I was able to bring my dog down with me. They provided a water and food bowl for him and everything. It was really nice!

My stay at Xiomara’s was great ! House was just like the photos . Super clean !!! Kitchen had toaster and coffee maker which was great to have during my short stay . Beds and pillows were super comfortable, I always appreciate that in an Airbnb . Easy walk to museums, and I felt safe being alone while doing so. I would say the area is good . Definitely needed to travel by car or Uber to explore all the really wonderful eateries Houston has to offer. I will be looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We stayed at Gabriel’s place for the Houston rodeo and the location was PERFECT! Easy to find, Kroger is right next door e walkable distance to NRG stadium. We will definitely be staying there again.

I’ve enjoyed each stay at this lovely house, and will definitely be returning in the future! A short walk to the best area of the seawall beach and short drive to all the attractions makes for a peaceful perfect stay.

Nyesha's place was cozy and comfortable. Most comfortable bed we've slept in! We were only a 10 min drive from Medical and museum district where there were lots of restaurants and a beautiful park to enjoy. Nyesha was super helpful and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants as well! Her place was spotless and entry instructions were easy to follow!! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Houston! Great experience and host!!

This place is awesome, there was a foosball table that the older kids enjoyed. The house is on a lake that is beautiful and a kayak to enjoy. I had 4 teens with me that lived every minute of it, they swam in the lake and also fished. There is a great backyard with a fire pit that we used for roasting marshmallows and a bbq pot as well. It is also about 30 minutes from the beach so that is great as well. I could go on and on about this house, we had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's AirBnB. The mansion was unbelievably beautiful - just staying there and feeling transported into the past was worth a visit. Check-in was smooth, the neighborhood was quiet und nice and it is walking distance to the strand and some restaurants/cafés. Even though we never met Brian in person communication was smooth and easy going - definitely recommend and we hope to come back one day.

Shonario was a great host! He checked on us everyday and made sure we were comfortable. The house is very conveniently located to visit the Space Center, Galveston, Moody Gardens and Kemah Boardwalk. We enjoyed the stay and kids enjoyed the board games.

Jackson’s home was incredible it had so much space. It was clean it was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. The pool was amazing with the grill. I loved the privacy fences around the home made me feel so much safer. Jackson was very accommodating and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I plan to book with her again on my next trip to Houston!
