Waterfront holiday rentals in Friedrichshafen

With the good directions, we found the apartment without any problems. The apartment itself is a dream. High-quality equipment down to the smallest details. We regularly vacation in apartments/homes, but this level has never been seen before. Definitely worth the rental price. Nice communication with Angela. Due to its location directly in the city center, Friedrichstadt can be easily accessed on foot.

Just one night, sometimes to enjoy the center and the lake riviera. The bakery is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, which is a shame for breakfast. But we'll find another solution not far away.

A very nice place to feel good. We lacked nothing. The hostess rounds off this impression very well with her hospitable manner. We had our bikes with us, for which there is even a separate and lockable shed. A private parking space for the car is also available. All in all, we had a great week at Sabine's. And if we go to Lake Constance again, we'll be happy to stay with Sabine. We definitely recommend it.

We felt very comfortable in this bright studio. Very clean, tasteful and practical (kitchen) furnished. Communication with the hosts was also uncomplicated and pleasant. Very happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable with Doris this week. The apartment is located in the beautiful Lotzbeckpark. You can hear the birds singing and at night the noise of the waves from Lake Constance. The apartment is small but very nice and has everything it needs for a relaxing holiday. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful, stylish and relaxing vacation! The apartment with fantastic views of the lake immediately impressed us. Three large balconies, one in each room - and from each this unobstructed view. In the rooms, there is everything you need to live…and much more. The two bedrooms are quite large and the beds comfortable, blankets also good. The storage space here is sufficient. The two small, somewhat older bathrooms and the two-part, very small kitchenette are easily balanced by cleanliness and very good equipment of pots, dishes, glasses of all kinds, cutlery etc. From champagne bottle closures to multiple sockets, there is everything here. Everything worked as it should, including the check-in key box. We also liked the many dimmable lamps and enough balcony furniture with cushions. Frank leaves so much for his tenants, just great. Thank you, Frank, for your trust and the beautiful days in your wonderful apartment!

The location is very quiet with full facilities and the owner of the house is friendly.The beddings and supplies were clean, which was a great experience.

We were very happy with our stay, everything was lovely and the hosts went above and beyond to make it a nice stay. Perfect for a small family and great location.

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located directly on the lake shore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

All are very clean, and there's everything we needed for our week-long stay with a small family . Thank you for your warm welcome, for the fresh eggs from your chicken coop. We had a very nice stay at the boathouse. The small hut is equipped with everything you need, newly furnished and modern. Bicycles and SUPs are available. We were very warmly welcomed by Christina and she briefly showed us the hut. A guest folder with information and excursion destinations is also available. All in all definitely recommended.

Very nice cottage with garden, between slightly modern and old school. Beautiful nature, etc., we haven't been so relaxed in a long time, even the dog was relaxed. The bonus was the little stream that runs through the garden, especially nice for falling asleep. Highly recommended👌👍👍

We stayed with our two dogs for 2 weeks at Karlheinz's in this beautiful house. The house leaves nothing to be desired, it is really beautiful and well equipped. As a welcome, there was a super delicious homemade bread, thank you again. Our dogs also felt very comfortable, the large garden is completely fenced, so they could run freely. We will be happy to come back. 😊

We were passing through and glad that everything was super quiet and uncomplicated. We just wanted to recover from the long journey and get fit for the next day of travel. That was great. Thx

We stayed here for a month and loved it. Easy walk to the train station, a great restaurant and a lakeside-Biergarten nearby. Will plan to book again!

There were four of us in the apartment for an extended weekend. Communication with Lina was great and very friendly. For example, Edeka/DM can be reached on foot. The location is 1a, directly on the Seerhein, a bus stop is right outside the door. Alternatively, it is about 20 minutes on foot to the old town. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful nature and surroundings, many hiking trails Very nice well-kept accommodation with a great garden and natural pond, all fenced, was ideal for our dog 🐕 Great communication with Claudia and for the welcome there was mint/rosemary water great!! We'll be back for sure

Beautiful, modern furnished apartment with a direct view to the lake. I had a fantastic week in the apartment of Thomas and Katharina and would love to come back.

We had a nice week in the apartment, Lake Constance and the natural beach are within walking distance. The natural beach with the water playground is especially recommended for children, pleasant shade from old trees even at very high temperatures.

Kim's accommodation was great for our short bike stay. Own lockable cellar room, parking spaces for bikes and small roof terrace to relax in the evening. The apartment was well equipped with plenty of dishes, towels, capsule machine with free coffee, comfortable beds, fan, free water bottle. If we had any questions, Kim was directly on the spot and also proactively gave us tips for a local festival. Highly recommended!

Just great! The apartment was great – modern, stylish and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Everything was very clean and well maintained, you felt right at home. The support was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in and check out went smoothly. We highly recommend the place and would be happy to come back!
