I’ve stayed a Jason’s several times for work. It’s comfortable and quiet - ideal for a working traveler. Jason’s arrangement suits the home design perfectly. Would stay again.

Beautiful house in a great location! Big back yard was perfect for our dog. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The dogs next door were not a bother at all. Great food close by... we highly recommend Sal's and Hall of Flame!

Denise and Jack were great hosts and the house was well decorated with lots of amenities. Felt so peaceful and right at home. The hosts kept us complementary wine and eggs so we didn’t have to worry about eggs for breakfast. The house was fenced at the backyard for our pet to run around or soak in the sun. The mornings were so beautiful sipping a cup of coffee outside on the deck listening to the sound of birds and animals. So many variety of birds that visit the backyard along with rabbits, squirrels and the neighbors horses. It was so relaxing to come home after a long hike and soak in the hot tub. Very convenient location to visit both Kings Canyon and Sequoia parks. All in all it was a memorable stay. Would highly recommend their place.

This place is on another level of beauty and privacy. Showed up. Gate was open. The ac was already on. Place was spotless. Ice maker full with ice (huge win!!) Sit on the deck and just take in the best view around. I gotta to hang for a few min at club red. The kayak around the lake was amazing. This is a top notch compound. Incredible the paradise they have built in the middle of nowhere!! Only negative was I had to leave. Thanks Joyce and tony for your hospitality. I will be back!!!

This is my favorite place to stay and my second time staying here! Cece's place is gorgeous, relaxing, peaceful, and the perfect getaway for when exploring Yosemite or the surrounding area. She is always helpful and so kind. I could not ask for a better place to stay or host and will continue returning!

Everything was great. House was clean and ready for our arrival. Catherine was great with communication and answered any questions we had right away. We would love to stay here again on future visits.

Kristie was so sweet and responded lightning fast to any questions I had. The place was extremely accommodating for all of us, of course the pool was the best for tolerating 106* weather. I recommend staying here, it was perfect for our pets as well…:)

We had an AMAZING time! The place was beautiful and in a nice neighborhood! It was about 15-20 mins from the main restaurants we went to. And about 1.5-2 hours from Yosemite and Sequoia National Park! It was the perfect location and had a stunning backyard to sit and relax after a long day of being at the parks! We had a great experience and it was perfect for us and our adventures! Restaurant recommendations: Lazy Dog, Pismo’s Coastal Grill, Heirloom, and Paris Baguette!!

Sara is a great host, she was very responsive and transparent for the entirety of our stay. The house itself was very cozy and welcoming. Everything about the house accommodated the needs for anyone planning to cook, stay out and rest, sleep at just over night or anything else

The welcome was very courteous and attentive. The place was very warm, clean, and peaceful. My family and I were delighted. Everything was very convenient, and we enjoyed our visit to Yosemite Park. The water falls were just beautiful. If you stay here you won't miss your home guarantee, you will miss this beautiful house after leaving:) If we make a new trip to this town for sure will come back here.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s home. It is very rustic and quirky which added to its charm. It got quite hot outside (early June) but the AC kept inside the house nice and cool. It was also very nice to cool off in the pool. We had so much fun in the pool! We brought our pontoon boat to enjoy beautiful Bass Lake and there was enough room to park it and our 4 other vehicles. I can’t say enough about this very cool property!

Staying at Kermit's was like staying at my old grandparents' home. It was cozy, welcoming, homey, and it had absolutely everything we needed to cook great meals, spend time together, and have a blast doing so. The kitchen was well stocked, the grill was prepared and ready to go, the lights on the patio at night were wonderful, and the backyard had plenty for us to do. I have spent more money on Airbnbs for less than our stay at Kermit's, and I am happy to say that I would gladly spend a trip at Kermit's again!

Lilly and Jon are great hosts. Their ranch is absolutely stunning and something very special to experience. The nearby rolling hills and animals that you can interact with are priceless on their own. The amount of space you get is well worth the money. There is a bedroom with a king bed, entirely separate living room that has a sofa sleeper, coffee bar, and large bathroom. There is also an outdoor kitchen area that has more than you need for a short stay. I used to clean hotels and have a high standard of what clean looks like and I can honestly say I’ve never stayed somewhere that felt so clean which I was not expecting for a ranch stay. Looking forward to finding time to go back for another stay!

The bnb looked just like the photos, beautiful views all around. The host was very responsive and checked in throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. My group had a great time!

Rhonda’s place was an excellent stay for us. It was clean and comfortable - although because of the size of the space we would recommend only for two instead of three like we had. Access to the pool and outside area made for a very relaxing environment for us. As described, there is no kitchenette so it’s minimal in that way. Our daughter enjoyed Frankie, their super friendly dog.

Place is very cozy, perfect for 2 people and our dog. Had AC and kept us comfortable as it was very hot in town. Little fenced in yard for dog to do business was great. Place was clean and very smart use of space as this place is very tiny. Overall great responsive host, clean and safe, spot - perfect for short stay. Thank you

Truly an architectural gem in Fresno! I was pleasantly surprised with the original midcentury architecture, but with modern finishes and appliances that don’t take away from the original character of the home. My family really enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home, thank you for having us!

My family of 5 really enjoyed lodging at this property. The property is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Eli is a very proactive and responsive host. We consider this property to be our favorite in the Fresno area. Home pristine, clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything, including a variety of gaming options for everyone to enjoy. The backyard setting is very relaxing with proper lighting, seating, and a grill. If available for future visits to the area, this property will be our first choice. Lovely place and very cool neighborhood in Fresno. The cottage was comfy and the grounds were beautiful.

This was a very cute place to stay in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the morning before it got too hot. Everything was as described. Nice place to stay for a couple of nights, close to nice restaurants and amenities. Jimmy was responsive and ensured we were comfortable.

Wengang was responsive and very nice. His place immaculate, quiet and just all around a comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again when I go to Fresno..

Amazing Place. Gina’s place was well described. It had everything we needed. The location was very good and we appreciated having the privacy of the fenced yard. Gina was very helpful and responsive when we needed her. We also really love being able to walk around the neighbourhood with our dog. If we are in the area again we hope to stay here !
