The Sleepy Racoon Cabin is a small, simple house in an incredibly beautiful and peaceful setting. A wild turkey was often nearby. So many birds - a joy to watch - flocked to the feeders. There were quail and lizards - we loved it! Convenient to King's Canyon, it made a great home base for our exploration of the park. Kim's hospitality was truly wonderful. She was there to welcome us, answer questions, and she made us feel welcome and at home. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat - if you want to spend time in Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park - the Sleepy Racoon is a great place to be.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy cabin in the forest. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful—trees all around and nature everywhere. The cabin itself was warm and welcoming, and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus. We truly enjoyed the experience and would love to come back again!

Our stay at Jamie’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The location strikes the ideal balance, tucked away just enough for peace and quiet, yet only minutes from the lake and the main strip filled with restaurants and bars. The cabin itself is amazing, cozy yet spacious, with plenty of indoor and outdoor games to keep everyone entertained. The living room and upstairs loft are incredibly roomy, making it great for families or groups. What truly stood out was the kitchen. Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one had the most fully equipped kitchen by far. You honestly just need to bring your clothes, food, and fishing poles, and you're all set for a great time. We’ll definitely be making this our go-to spot anytime we’re visiting Shaver Lake. this was my husband and i’s first time in california, and our experience was so much sweeter because we stayed here! the space is perfect, beautiful plants surrounding the outdoor space, it just felt right at home! we will be staying here again!

The location is in a quiet rural neighborhood near a creek. The grounds are woodsy with lots of lovely plants and a hummingbird feeder outside the kitchen window. Upon arrival we found fresh baked cookies and fresh cut little flower bouquets. Walking down by the creek scratched our itch for our love of the mountain creeks near our favorite camping area. Inside is a cozy mix of Victorian cottage and modern amenities. It’s close to town for shopping and dining options. Yosemite National Park is an easy 1-1/2 hours away. Kadi is a great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Jana’s place! It’s perfectly located close to Sequoia National Park, making it a great base for exploring the area. The property is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. One of our favorite parts was watching all the birds around the property—it really added to the relaxing atmosphere. The Airbnb itself is super charming and Jana and her partner were very welcoming. We’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful stay near the parks—perfect for two people!

We stayed for a weekend. And we enjoyed staying at Oakhurst it was a drive to the main attractions but it was worth the drive just give yourself a lot of time to drive ahead of time. Overall it was cozy and very at home feel. Peaceful and no interruptions whatsoever. We enjoyed staying at this lovely guesthouse. The host was able to accommodate our requests and very responsive. I would totally recommend you to stay it is definitely a good fit for 1 to 4 people/ group. Didn’t feel like a tight space very spacious and I loved that we had a really nice place. It was difficult to find if your using google maps it can be confusing but we figured it out by looking at the actual map and their entry points! Overall no major complications or problems. Definitely recommend this place!

Evan's peaceful spanish inspired cottage is the perfect getaway even when you aren't really getting away. Right in the center of one of the most beautiful neighborhoods you will have plenty to eat, drink, and entertain yourselves with. My boyfriend and I explored the local gardens, watched a movie at.the comfy Regal down the street, and enjoyed live music at the bar just down the street. If you're looking for a good place to stay in Northern Fresno or just a quiet weekend to get away from the bustle of everyday life this is the place for you!

Just as advertised, the place was very clean and stocked with everything you need. Beautiful scenery with the river right outside. Under 20 min to get to Sequoia NP. We had no issues getting in or finding the place, the instructions were very clear. We had Verizon and AT&T service plans and both did not have signal. However, the wifi was very fast, no issues there.

Communication with hose was outstanding, welcoming was geeat. Overall great experience would come again.

Ted and Stella’s place was a nice getaway! It was private and quiet. They have recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do! Will stay again.

The beautifully curated interior and peaceful urban farm setting created the most magical getaway that truly exceeded all of our expectations! Amanda and Collin are lovely hosts — they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided so many great recommendations that helped us make the most of our time in Fresno. When we weren’t adventuring in the surrounding Sierra Nevadas, we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and hanging out on the tranquil back patio. We were conveniently located just minutes away from so many amazing local stops within Fresno, and yet the cottage felt completely private and totally removed from the bustling city. This feels like Fresno’s best hidden gem, and we’re convinced there’s no better place to stay for those visiting Fresno or the nearby National Parks. We would easily rate this cozy cottage 10 stars if we could ⭐️ Hope to visit again soon!

Transformed double garage into a Beautifully decorated Steam Punk car cave. Wonderful, functional full kitchen, great laundry. Bed was soft. Lights give it a cozy ambient feel, with the little natural light. Pretty outside space with lots of seating and privacy. Unfortunately Garage doors are not sound proof so this allowed for the noise of the next door neighbors children playing in the pool during the days and the dog barking to be a little disruptive while working.

super great studio cottage close to nature and a pretty solid town. the animals are definitely the best part, the cats are the brightest highlight. well worth the price and perfect for 1-2 people :)

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting some national parks nearby. The hosts were friendly and greeted us when we arrived. They were kind enough to leave some water and snacks in the home and the property was quiet and secluded. There was also a lot of information on local spots and attractions. Lots of wildlife to see around the property! Would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area.

Buck’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It is nice and private, we loved the outdoor shower, our kiddo loved the lofts, and our dog loved all the sniffing and exploring. The pools/falls right down the road were magical and a special treat! It’s a great location for exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay in Three Rivers with Terry and Noelle! They were kind and flexible as we had to figure out some specifics of the dates of our stay. They were also flexible about arriving late. The bungalow was private, had a beautiful view, and is exactly as described. The view was amazing and they also allowed us to use the main deck. The location close to the park was great as well. Would stay again!

Jamie’s Cabin at Shaver like was a fantastic experience. The area is perfectly located for a secluded and nature filled get away. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the cozy & inviting atmosphere. The cabin itself is beautifully decorated and incredibly well-equipped – everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway is provided. The kitchen is well amenited , the beds were comfortable, and the fireplace would add a perfect touch of warmth on chilly evenings. We spent our days hiking the nearby trails, enjoying the fresh mountain air, and simply unwinding in the peaceful surroundings. Jamie was an exceptional host, providing clear instructions and being readily available to answer any questions. The location is perfect – secluded enough for privacy but still within driving distance of Yosemite & Sequoia. We can't wait to return!

We were very happy with Raquel’s tiny home during our visit to Sequoia National Park and Three Rivers! Raquel gave us a warm welcome through a sweet message, and the house was well stocked up. The books about the local national parks were fun to look up birds we had seen during the day. The view from the house is beautiful and the house is conveniently located close to, but not in, Woodlake. The downstairs bedroom could use darker blinds (at least for summer months).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anthony’s place in Three Rivers, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Everything was absolutely great—the accommodations were impeccably clean, and the overall ambiance felt even better than what the photos had suggested. It was a delightful surprise to find such comfort and quality, making my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway.
