House holiday rentals in Freshwater Bay

It was a very nice lodge clean and tidy only 5 minutes ti the beach sainsbury just 2 minutes away and host good communication

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

The accommodation was lovely and clean. The lodge was in a quiet cul de sac. The kitchen was well stocked, the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The site was well kept, the swimming pool and sauna were really nice. Communication with Julie was excellent. We look forward to staying here again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

My wife and I have stayed at Helen's place several times, each time we have enjoyed ourselves, we would recommend Helen's place to anyone, it's always very clean and tidy, well equipped. It is situated in a nice part of the park.plenty of places to visit locally, great places to eat and drink , our favourite is the smugglers inn at Milford on sea, great meals and lovely beer garden.

We just returned from a great stay. there were 10 adults and a baby in our group. The facilities were great and just as described. The house was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed and more. Definitely a home to suit all ages.

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

We love the place. Large common area with nice bbq stove. The location is superb as it is close to Waitrose and various tourist attractions 🤩

Just perfect ! Beautifully appointed accommodation which is both a touch of luxury and homely. The location could not be better , in the centre of Christchurch which is a friendly pretty town with lots of restaurants and shops. Excellent public transport so you can take a break from driving ! Chris and Judy catered for our every need and more .The welcome treats are a lovely touch .They are very responsive and friendly but very discreet . This is our favourite UK holiday destination Chris and Judys' will now be our 'go to' accommodation .

Fabulous home. Perfect for our family holiday as you can all spread out to different areas, and also large enough to all enjoy spaces together. Our toddler and my father absolutely loved the garden. It’s the perfect size, and so peaceful. My husband and I enjoyed the Games room (really fun with the neon lights and disco lights on whilst playing Pacman! ) and my mum loved playing the piano in there. My Gran enjoyed snoozing in the sunroom. All spotlessly clean. Beds all comfy. Great there’s a twin room and toilet/ shower room downstairs as that worked well for my Gran so she didn’t have to negotiate the stairs. Brilliant location just a few minutes away from the village or seafront. Excellent communication throughout. Thank you for a gorgeous stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Milford-on-Sea. Our host was very welcoming and responsive to all our queries both before and during our stay. The property was well stocked with everything you could possibly need as well as being spotless and comfortable with incredible views. The location is perfect, only a few minutes away from the local village and pub, which is perfect for an evening meal, as well as the view of the Needles from the coast, which is breathtaking and perfect for a stroll. Other highlights include Hurst castle, Beaulieu and the New Forest itself. Milford was the perfect centre point for so many great activities and walks with plenty of information and maps included in the property. The garden was such a peaceful place to relax after a long day exploring and the kitchen was well equipped for home cooking as well. Overall, we could not have asked for a better property, host or location and would certainly return here again. Thank you so much for having us!

Had a wonderful stay at Honey Cottage. Very peaceful and private. Had a lovely contained garden which the dogs loved. Totland and Freshwater are in a beautiful part of the island with a lovely beaches, restaurants and countryside. Honey cottage was very clean and the bed was super comfy. We felt very at home and could've stayed longer. Rebecca and her husband were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time, This house was lovely, just like the description, perfect for a holiday. The host was easy to communicate with and the instructions were very clear. We absolutely loved our stay at Emma’s beautiful home. She was very helpful for our check in dilemma with times and promptly responded to us. Her home is very cozy, spotless clean and the bed and linens were so comfortable. The photos don’t lie and we were so pleased when we entered the cottage. Awesome location walking distance to cafés, pubs, restaurants, shopping and lovely trails for cycling or biking. We would not hesitate to book it again. You will not be disappointed. This is a beautiful house in a quiet location. It’s perfect for a large family group, with lovely large bedrooms all with bathrooms and a fantastic social area in the open plan kitchen, dining and sofa space. It is beautifully done up and feels special; perfect for a family celebration.

This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The peaceful setting, steps from a beautiful beach, where horses are exercised along the shore in the morning and you can hear the gentle shush of the waves at night, is perfect. The house is finished to a high standard, fully equipped and 3 rooms have en suites, which is seldom a given. Fresh flowers awaited our arrival, and heralded the start of a super relaxing five days - walking the coastal path, chatting to the locals, eating in the local pub and hotel. Still feeling very laid back after our trip - also seldom a given. Thanks, Sophie - can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at King’s Orchard. The house was perfect for our stay, with everything we needed. The extra touches like yummy fresh bread, eggs, milk and butter enhanced the experience. Susie has thought of everything to make your stay and real home from home. Anytime I had a question Susie answers super quickly and even gave us a coffee machine when I enquired if there was one! The views, peaceful surroundings, coastal walks and cycle routes are all right on your doorstep. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely be back !

We have just had a fantastic stay at the coach house. Mudeford, lovely house, and everything we needed. Area and surroundings as gorgeous as ever and lots of places to eat. I've had a very relaxing long weekend stay at Zoe's place with my family & friends. The house is very clean and clutter free, the Air BnB description of the place is very accurate. The kitchen is well equipped and we're able to make several meals for a group of six! There is clear list of amenities and services provided; The check-in and check-out process was easy. The host was responsive and gave some local recommendations. The host was very accommodating in our request to use their parking space for a couple of hours after we've checked out. The area is very peaceful with great and walkable places to eat. Plus, the neighbours were very friendly! I would recommend this place and will definitely come back. Thank you very much for having us.
