Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fréjus

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

We had a lovely 11 day stay at Helene and Patrick’s home. It was as described, very clean and beautifully presented. Their warm welcome was lovely as was their gift of a chilled bottle of wine on arrival. They were charming, the perfect hosts. The house was a great base for exploring the wider area. The shade in the garden was much appreciated during some very hot days. The bakeries in the village were excellent and all the locals we spoke to were very friendly. On occasion the car park near the house was full but we always managed to get parked somewhere in the village. We had a great stay!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen entspannt, hilfsbereit und stets aufmerksam. Er hat uns immer wieder mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung versorgt – das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Das Haus selbst war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, und es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – sauber, gepflegt und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht, die jeden Morgen und Abend zum Genießen eingeladen hat. Auch die Lage war ideal: Ruhig und dennoch sehr gut angebunden – Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und schöne Strände waren schnell erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diesen Ort wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank Didier !!!!!

Nous avons passé quelques jours merveilleux en famille dans le logement de Julie. La maison est fidèle aux photos et à la description. Elle est très bien équipée et tellement agréable ! La vue mer est à la fois époustouflante et apaisante. La maison est grande avec beaucoup d'espaces séparés : pendant que les enfants étaient dans la piscine, les adultes jouaient à la pétanque, sans nous gêner les uns les autres. Mais on était aussi ravis de se retrouver dans l'espace à vivre hyper convivial et confortable. Vraiment parfait et très bien pensé pour le bien-être de tous. L'espace piscine nous a permis de faire des barbecues ou de prendre l'apéritif. La villa est dans un domaine sécurisé, dans la verdure, à la fois au calme et à l'écart de la ville, et en même temps, pas trop loin du centre de Sainte Maxime. Idéal pour sortir et faire les courses. Une très belle découverte ! Merci beaucoup à Julie aussi pour son accueil, et ses conseils ! Elle était aux petits soins pour nous !

What a place to spend a few quiet days. The view is spectacular, the accommodation is excellent and the host is so accommodating. He was happy to drop us into the local village and was always happy to answer any questions. While the host does live on the premises, it’s as if there is no one there. The property is effectively split in two and the pool and tub are for your private use only. The location is remote but if it’s relaxation you seek, it’s as good as it gets.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Das Bett war äußerst bequem, sodass wir wunderbar schlafen konnten. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight: groß, erfrischend und perfekt für eine Abkühlung an warmen Tagen. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine…) mit einem großen Grundstück drumherum. Der Fußweg in die Stadt ist zwar ziemlich steil, aber machbar. In etwa 20 Minuten ist man im Zentrum des schönen Ortes Le Lavandou, wo es viele tolle Redtaurants gibt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Christine, die jederzeit schnell erreichbar war und sich sofort um alles gekümmert hat. Merci beaucoup!

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

We had a great stay at Violaine's villa. There were 4 of us and we were just after some relaxation and sunshine and this couldn't have been a better option for us. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space had lots of seating areas, sun loungers and a large dining table. Sadly we couldn't get the gas BBQ to work despite the caretaker coming out to show us how to get it going, so I think that might need replacing, but we just cooked our food in the kitchen instead so it didn't matter hugely. Violaine was very helpful and clearly cares about her guests. We visited Barca Beach club & restaurant which she recommended which we loved and were treated very well. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return!

Amazing place, great location, clean and spacious bedrooms! 10/10

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans un appartement idéalement situé tout près de la Promenade des Anglais et à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants. Cécilia a facilité notre arrivée en nous permettant d’accéder à l’appartement plus tôt. Le logement est assez grand et confortable pour 2 personnes. Le balcon est petit et plutôt décoratif, une seule personne peut s’y asseoir. Pour ce qui est des commodités, c’est assez minimaliste. J’ai été surprise d’avoir à acheter le savon à lessive, croyant que celui-ci était inclus. De plus, il ne restait qu’un fond de liquide à vaisselle. L’immeuble est très tranquille et les environs aussi sauf quelques incidents par des gens dans la rue qui ont fait du tapage nous réveillant en pleine nuit. Mais j’imagine que ce sont des événements isolés. C’est un beau quartier, nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité.Nous aurions bien aimé rencontrer notre hôte Cécilia mais l’arrivée-départ autonome empêche le contact personnalisé. À recommander.

We had a pleasant stay. The flat was spacious and functional . We had no issues with noise, and the balcony was nice to have coffee in the morning . There was a bakery close by that we bought croissants each day . It was the perfect size and glad we chose this location . The host responded very promptly . Also closing distant to metro , and easy walk to the beach

Do not hesitate to rent this flat while you are in Nice. Luisa and Philippe were excellent hosts and communicators. The flat itself was beautiful, eclectic and well furnished. It felt very French. The beds and the linens were extremely comfortable and we loved everything about it. It’s located in a perfect spot to get to everything from old town Nice to the promenade along the water. We are looking forward to our next trip already.

Amandine og Stephane’s lejlighed skabte de bedste rammer for vores tur til Cannes og byerne omkring. Lejligheden ligger på den hyggeligste gade der emmer af sydfransk charme. Selve lejligheden var super flot. Fantastisk udsigt udover Cannes. Alt var virkelig rent og pænt og vi manglede ingenting. Amandine og Stéphane var der selv til at tage imod os og det skabte en dejlig velkomst. Alt i alt en super god oplevelse uden en finger at sætte på noget som helst.

We had the best time staying right in the heart of St. Paul de Vence! The home was clean and spacious and we really appreciated the washing machine for laundry and the air conditioning since it was extremely hot the day we were there. Thank you Amandine for such a wonderful stay!

Perfectly located in the heart of old town, it’s steps away from major attractions, beach restaurants, and public transport. The place was clean, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Patricia was very helpful and proactive. She was also very friendly

非常不错的地点，房子宁静优美，适合度假慢慢享受周边的美好，内部设施齐全、整洁，一切恰到好处，房主回复及时，并推荐了周边各种设施的使用说明。最惊喜的是附近的古城有非常多好吃且风景美的餐厅，每天都有新的期待😚，十分推荐自驾旅行者

Skønt sted for børn, voksne og bedsteforældre som kan placeres i seperat lille hus😉 Poolen var opvarmet og skøn at bade i selv i april måned. Skønt at spise frokost under oliventræet og aftensmad ved langbordet med grill og udsigt🙌 Kan klart anbefales.

Der Aufenthalt in La Renadière war traumhaft. Es ist eine spektakuläre Anlage in atemberaubender Landschaft und Aussicht. Auch für uns als Familie mit 8 Personen war es räumlich sehr großzügig und auch bei heißen Temperaturen gab es unterschiedlichste schattenspendende Sitz- und Liegeflächen. Wir werden dieses Anwesen als besonders ruhig und atmosphärisch besonders in Erinnerung behalten und können es unbedingt als Ausgangspunkt für einen erholsamen Urlaub in traumhaft schöner Lage empfehlen.

Très beau logement. Le jardin est bien aménagé et chacun peux y trouver un petit coin selon ces envies (nous étions 7), ombre ou soleil, transats, canapés ou chaises.

We can’t say enough about this beautiful home. It was exactly as represented in the photos. The home was clean and comfortable but the absolute highlight is the view, which I will dream of or a very long time. Arthur is a kind and helpful host- we wanted for nothing. The pristine and peaceful beach is a five minute walk away and the pool is amazing! We will definitely return!

Relaxing and very enjoyable stay! Edouard is a great host, he is responsive and helpful. The property is beautiful and is very close to various beaches. The property lends it self to alfresco dinning and relaxing in its garden/pool. Thank you for a lovely stay. Luke

Sublime view, gorgeous and comfortable home for our family of 4 including 2 teens; easy access to local beaches, wineries, hikes and bike trails. Loved every minute of our one-week vacation!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

First stay in this lovely villa. We’ve been coming to this area for our August holidays for the past 8 years so know the area well. Now as the family are a bit older, this villa was the perfect upgrade, not to mention the great little pool which our children loved and spent every hour of every day in. Jeroen was always on hand and available to answer any questions we had. We look forward to returning next year!
