We had a great time at this place. It is perfectly equipped both inside and outside. There's nothing missing. It is decorated with taste. Very well located 5 minutes from a very beautiful beach and hiking trails. A place that makes you want to come back...

Very comfortable and well located on quiet residential street a short level walk from the main St Malo train station and a 20 minute level walk to the touristic old town. Francoise has thought of everything to make her guests stay comfortable and easy. The apartment is extremely well supplied and equipped and we loved to have use of the outdoor courtyard. Francoise communicates very well and was there to check us in and give advice about St Malo when she said she would be. We would definitely stay in her apartment again.

Nice view from the appart, easy walk to a very long white sand beach, boardwalk and restaurants. tha appartment is very clean and modern, lots of space for two of us and a large balcony to enjoy the weather.

The accommodation was really nice, spacious and clean. The area was quiet and an easy close walk to restaurants and the beach. Easy access and clear instructions for entering the unit. Really enjoyed our stay.

This is a characterful apartment .. stylish and comfortable. The welcome was first rate ; we felt able to relax and enjoy the ambience of St Malo . The Boulangerie below the apartment is superb , and there were good local bars and eateries nearby . The location is very convenient for the great beaches . A wonderful accommodation in the quiet nature, a lot of space in the house and on the large park-like property, very well-maintained interior, very clean and spacious, great value for money, a very friendly and helpful contact with Alain - simply wonderful and very relaxing, we would have liked to stay longer. A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! A little corner of paradise on the Breton coast where everything is beautiful and magical. Comfortable, clean, functional, quiet apartment with sea view and a very nice terrace. Ideal for relaxing. Roger is a passionate, dynamic, pleasant host who knows how to be discreet and very welcoming. We had the right to taste his mackerel rillettes and were able to taste his honey and visit his hives. We greatly appreciated his little touches. Ideal location for Walks and discovering the Breton coast. Direct access to the beach and the GR34 customs path by which you can access the port of piegu and the seaside resort of Pleneuf. Shops, restaurant are accessible. The location is ideal for exploring the Breton coast. I highly recommend Roger's accommodation. It's a haven of peace. What more can I say? Go there with your eyes closed!! You won't be disappointed!! And you will not tire of the sunsets ☀️on the green islet.

Beautiful environment for this very nice and pleasant studio. It has all the necessities for a great stay. A view of the sea from the sublime garden that can be enjoyed. A stone's throw from the city center and restaurants, with a very nice walk on the tip of Erquy. The welcome is very pleasant and friendly. Recommended without hesitation.

We had a very pleasant 3 days with the family. The apartment is perfectly equipped for babies and adults. A little tip for parents who don't like to sleep with their baby, we moved the cot to the living room when we went to bed. It was perfectly dark and that allowed everyone to have a good night! I highly recommend this accommodation, perfect for a walk around the Rance Valley. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, carefully decorated and tastefully done. The spa bath is the little extra that makes you feel good. Pleasant and available host. Enclosed parking, ideal for bikers. Don't hesitate to book.

We spent 3 days with our two children in Chantal's accommodation and everything was there: A warm welcome, an environment worthy of the most beautiful postcards and what to say about the accommodation: straight out of a magazine, we felt at home and the jacuzzi delighted both the young and old. Bedding to relieve any back pain and a real haven of peace surrounding.
