The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation, clean and well-equipped. Very quiet hamlet and at the same time very close to the sea, ideal! Very good communication with the owner. We had a lovely week. I would recommend it!

The house has an amazing view of the sea! It is very convenient and contains two separate spaces on two floors. The only downside is the bad smells in the downstairs bathroom and deep cleaning and tidying would be necessary. For the rest great stay! We recommend it +++

Very pleasant stay, we would have liked to have stayed more! The house is comfortable, and welcoming. We could take great walks to the shore of our choice without taking the car, and that's what we wanted. Thanks to Arnaud and Laurence for hosting us.

We were totally enchanted by this cute stone cottage. Hearing the birds singing was a delight. We enjoyed sitting outside by the lavender.

Great place to visit the Côtes-d'Armor, very quiet and well placed to have quick access to all the beautiful things to see in the area. Jean-Marc is a great host, very nice and the communication was perfect. Looks like photos and description. I recommend it!

Impeccable accommodation, very well maintained with beautiful services, and very well located in relation to local activities (Cape Frehel, beaches, castle of Fort la Latte, etc...) We had a lovely stay with the family, one night was a little short, we would have stayed a little more! Maybe next time!

Binic is our second home. The apartment is great, the view of the sea is a dream, a great infrastructure in the village, everything within walking distance and Sylvain (along with his wife) is a great guy (also applies to the wife).

We had a very good stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

We had a wonderful family stay in this perfectly equipped and ideally located apartment. Everything is thought of for comfort and the big plus... the sea view. The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.
