Clean and comfortable house. Much larger than a hotel room. Stunning views of the lake.

We loved at stay at this beautiful place! Andrea and Chiara were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful and very resourceful! The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our little family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Plenty of places to eat nearby and the view of the lake is just spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was great with this place! Elide communicated well with us and made sure we were taken care of! The area and distance from grocery store, restaurants, and the sea was a huge convenience for exploring the area. It was a little difficult to get into the town from the closest train station, but once we figured out the bus schedule it was way more convenient. I highly recommend looking into the bus schedule if you stay here, taxis were scarce. The stay was great and we loved the local interactions we were able to have. A great place to stay if looking to be near Rome (20 minute train ride for us) but don’t want to stay in the city.

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Me and my friend stay for Pierluigi’s for a week for attending Inside Flow European summit event. Even though we didn’t get to meet him in person, he was very informative and helpful… the explanation of location and everything was clear and easy to follow step by step. He even check on us when we didn’t show up on the arrival time that we have informed him, which made us feel the care. The place is very cute, clean and cozy…Location is easy to walk to catch public transport and supermarkets and restaurants. He had recommended us for few restaurants but we only end up went to 1 place for 3 times 😊 (love the Tortellini in brodo Modena style so much) However, we feel comfortable (feel like home) throughout the stay. And highly recommended Teerarat from Thailand

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ronciglione liegt strategisch sehr günstig , die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt,ohne Autoverkehr, nachts sehr ruhig, morgens hört man nur das Vogelgezwitscher. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Host was very nice. This place is super cute. Very stylish and fashionably decorated. Nice bathroom. Very close to most attractions. Host was accommodating with securing transfers from airport to apartment and holding luggage at checkout. However, it was cumbersome to find a taxi at departure (to our next destination). In apartment booklet on Wi-Fi, was helpful. Lots of stairs but Joey was kind to transport our luggage. Five stars. If ever in Rome, I'd stay here 10 out of 10!

This was a great spot near Campo de' Fiori market. Edoardo and his assistant were great to work with, very responsive and helpful (helped us carry our suitcase up the stairs!) The apartment was nice and clean and the outside terrace made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is great with endless walkable destinations. Approx. 30 min walk to Vatican or Colosseum.

Fabio’s apartment is magical. Excellent central location steps to wonderful shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed. Excellent value. We didn’t have a problem with the steps and appreciated the extra workout after plates of pasta and gelato! If you have lots of luggage or problems climbing they might be challenging. The view was great too.

I booked this place for 5 days, but unfortunately had to leave shortly after checking in due to a family emergency—my husband was taken to the hospital, and I had to leave right away. When I returned, I spoke with the owner, Mario, and offered to pay for additional days. To my surprise, he was incredibly kind and told me not to worry, refusing to charge me extra. His compassion and understanding meant so much to me during such a difficult and emotional time. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy my stay, I could see that the place was clean, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The location is great and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. But above all, it was Mario’s kindness that stood out the most. It’s rare to meet people in hospitality who are so genuinely caring and human. I’m truly grateful for how he treated me, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place run by someone with a big heart.

I had a fantastic stay! Communication before and during the visit was excellent—clear, helpful, and always friendly. The welcome was one of the best I’ve ever received, making me feel immediately at home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the vibrant and charming Trastevere neighborhood. It’s an ideal base for exploring Rome. I throughly enjoyed my stay at your beautiful apartment. My favorite area was your outdoor patio area in turn the view was serine and spectacular! I spent most of the time in this area whether having breakfast in the morning and returning in the evening. I also found the bedroom to be quite cozy and the bed and linens to be very comfortable. Their home gave you time away from the busyness of the city and was a peaceful setting! Yet just down the street was the busyness of a beautiful city with great restaurants, which was a great balance! As a couple, they were a very easy to communicate with and met any need Irequest requested. Overall, I was more than pleased and will be returning!!

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at L'Olivaia. After 4 hectic days in the city it was wonderful to relax in peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautiful with a huge amount of space with fascinating artwork all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time in the large outside area, played and cooled off in the pool, and picked fresh lemons for our drinks. The hosts were very response and friendly. We would definitely return. Fantastic

We stayed on my for one night, before heading to the airport the next morning. I'm so sad we didn't stay longer! the house and garden are so so beautiful. The primary suite is incredible, luxurious, has private terrace. the kitchen is so well appointed. we cooked a beautiful meal with ingredients that were already there and ate outside in the garden, played music on the guitar and piano, enjoyed the garden, and different spaces. it was so pleasant and comfortable, perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids. rafaelle was so communicative and helpful, even brought snacks and things for us. He met our every need. I hope we can stay here again in the future for a few more days.

Wir hatten einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Fotos – alles war genauso schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet wie beschrieben. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber - man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Ebenso war das Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage war herrlich ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Unser Auto konnten wir privat und absolut sicher parken, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Emanuele und Ana sind die perfekten Gastgeber – super freundlich, herzlich und stets erreichbar. Die Kommunikation lief ohne große Probleme, und wir haben tolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung bekommen. Es war jederzeit spürbar, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!⭐️

The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

La casa di Francesca e Vittorio è un paradiso a pochi km da Roma L' interno è curato nei minimi dettagli, soprattutto la stanza padronale ,magnifica veranda coperta dove abbiamo goduto di colazioni indimenticabili, esterno con piscina pazzesco,vi sembrerà di essere nelle campagne londinesi. La cucina è un sogno , super attrezzata , la vista verso l' esterno al tramonto vi farà dimenticare di tutto! Consigliato per chi ama la campagna e la natura, la cagnolina Elisabetta ci ha fatto compagnia per tutta la durata del soggiorno, check in flessibile, host amichevoli! grazie di tutto siamo stati benissimo!
