Waterfront holiday rentals in Fregenae

Me and Steffen appreciated lovely days in Lusovica’s apartment. Really nice apartment. Thanks for the wine, beer and snacks. We really appreciated the descriptions of restaurants, busses, trains and other possibilities. We have enjoyed our holiday in Ostia, with all the possibilities of the city. We also had a great day in Rome. A special thanks to Ludovica’s father who picked us up at the car hire and drove us back to Fiumicino and made us feel welcome in the apartment and in Ostia.

We had a short but great stay. The instructions and info around the apartment were incredibly detailed and useful. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the apartment is designed so logically for its purpose. I cannot overstate how remarkably clean the place was also. The cleanest Airbnb we have ever been to and we use Airbnb a tonne. Communication was faultless before and throughout our stay.

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. We had 2 nights here before our cruise. We loved the peaceful surroundings while we got over our jetlag. Having the balcony to relax on with the most amazing view was just what we needed. Lots of great places to walk around and explore. Homaira was so kind with recommendations and setting up transportation to and from the Airbnb! Thank you so much!

Riccardo was extremely gracious when we arrived earlier than expected. His directions for check in were very clear and easy to follow and he provided us with some great recommendations and directions for things local to try out and see. The accomodation was very clean, the beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Our family with 2 adult children were very comfortable in this space and we really enjoyed the roof top terrace in the evening. The apartment is well situated in walking distance to the beach, grocery store and some great restaurants and cafes. We followed Riccardo's recommendations and were not disappointed. The above and beyond item was his help booking us a guaranteed taxi back to the airport when we were unsure and a little nervous. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend staying with Riccardo if you're visiting the area.

Perfect spot!

Great location with views of the boardwalk and ocean. Peaceful spot to stay and Luca was a great host! Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a great spot to sit and have a meal and enjoy a drink. 10/10 would recommend and we would absolutely look to stay here again if (when) we come back to Ostia.

Giuliani and Massimiliano were very hospitable and helpful with recommendations throughout our stay! The home is immaculate and a beautiful coastal breeze blew through the windows throughout, no AC needed! Very peaceful with the sounds of birds and church bells ringing, a perfect getaway!

David was super helpful an responsive helping us check in super late at night (when we got lost)The location is so close to the beach and the bikes made getting to other restaurants so convenient. Would stay there again!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

Great place for our travel plans! Gaia was a great host and made everything very easy. Apt was in convent location for us to walk around the cityas well as use our rental car to explore the region. We used public parking near by (no charge in evening from 8pm-8am) with no issues….and much cheaper than stadium parking. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Lovely flat in Fiumicino. Lucilla was great at communicating and everything was nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

We greatly enjoyed our stay with proximity to the beach. A nice place to relax before our flight home. The host helped us book a shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. We really liked the functional design of this seaside condo.

We loved Silvia’s place. We had the greatest experience with all the little attentions, great views, sandy beach and walkable to train station. We would definitely return there.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

Wow what a beautiful space in the gorgeous little city of Civitavecchia! Easy to find, we walked from train station-bit of a walk but stopped to eat on the way. Patrizio met us at check in and showed us everything. It was the loveliest Air BnB. Clean, modern, spacious everything set up with tea towels & paper towel (so handy) in kitchen. Everything you could ever need was provided. Private and safe & the security blinds leave the bedrooms blacked out for great sleep. We had our adult daughters with us, we could all stretch out & be in our own space or sit together in the living room. So central to everything, we walked around 20mins with large & small cases to the port for our cruise. Wished we had of stayed longer it was beautiful, thank you, we’ll be back!

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

After a long travel day, we felt welcome and comfortable. The house was relaxing and easy to locate. Christian helped us with pickup from the airport which was stress free, easy and fast. Christian was easy to communicate with and helpful with local information. When we visit, we will choose to stay again. Thank you!

Emanuelas communication before and during our stay was excellent. The apartment is excellent with a great view of the harbour and very convenient for local shops and restaurants. Couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay, especially if, like us, you were going on a cruise from Civitavecchia.

Place was very clean as well as a super responsive host! She helped set up private transfer to the airport which was extremely helpful. Very close to airport and walkable to restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
