Holiday rentals with a pool in Fregenae

A peaceful and beautiful location with the kindest host. We will definitely be going back and cannot recommend the place highly enough. We spent many wonderful hours lounging by the pool and dining on the lovely terrace. Thank you!

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

I stayed with my partner and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter for a long weekend in Cristy's house. We had a great time, the house is very clean, tidy and super fragrant! The outdoor pool gave us a truly relaxing break. The owners were always kind and helpful, welcoming us and always answering our questions. Restaurants and supermarkets are within easy reach. Highly recommend!!!

Great communication, very convenient location of the villa that, however, maintains privacy and tranquility. There are all the amenities you need for a multi-day stay. Experience to repeat!!

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

I had a perfect stay, Antonella was lovely, really thoughtful. At first I thought of the isolated accommodation, and in the end with the bus it goes very quickly to reach the tourist center. I felt right at home. Thanks! And what a joy to regain calm after days of wandering.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Highly recommend!

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Paola is an exceptional host, kind, helpful, friendly and always available for whatever you need. the place is a coastal town to stay, the tranquility of the place to relax is excellent. supermarket nearby, super-equipped kitchen, utensils so you can cook whatever you want, excellent cleanliness. absolutely recommended for those who want to relax and tranquility.

Flavio was a great host and was always available for any questions/concerns that I had. The property is beautiful and the apartment was incredible! Would recommend to anyone!!

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Rocca di Papa! The home was very clean and our hosts were great with communication. Amazing view of the city + close to a grocery store + restaurants. Would recommend.

The house was perfect, there is lots to do in the surrounding areas. We had a lovely welcome package from Giorgio who was so friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back :)

The place is amazing, location is wonderful, host is great. Only thing you should take into account is bad WiFi. I couldn’t use it at all. So if you want to work remotely there is gonna be a problem.

A home with a breathtaking view that I had used to prepare for me on the day of the wedding. Perfect location for photos. Lorella is very friendly and helpful to make the stay in the villa very pleasant. Super spacious both inside but also outside, especially for summer for those who want to have lunch or dinner outside with the many grills and many tables available.

Marina was very helpful in all our interactions with her. Even went the extra mile after a hard, long journey and took us to the local shop, helped us with translation and booked a restaurant reservation for us. We had an issue where a secondary fuse box tripped out and Marina responded very quickly. Checkout was easy. The Villa was nice, peaceful and just what we needed. Only downside, some of the furniture needs updating. Highly recommend

Secluded villa with stunning gardens and a lovely pool. Although pool not heated, it’s fine in summer. The houses are quaint with classic Italian style (lots of beige / browns and knick knacks.) The place is huge and the gardens are just stunning, loads of outdoor space to relax or have dinner. Location a little tricky to find as gps maps doesn’t recognise the address. Bernado was on hand to answer all our questions throughout our stay. All in all great trip.

The amenities and the view are amazing! There are a swimming pool, a tennis court, a massive private garden, along with lots of common areas indoor and outdoor to hang out. Would definitely recommend to a large group! Drawbacks to consider: have to climb onto the bunk beds in two rooms; if you forget anything valuable behind you will never get it back!
