Situated just 10 miles northwest from historic Oxford, and just a 20 minute walk from Blenheim Palace and a 10 minute drive to the pretty market town of Woodstock, this is the ideal place to stay and explore the Cotswolds and surrounding countryside. The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... . Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar with two stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire, Cotswolds and beyond.

Little Chestnut Cottage

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a charming self-contained base from which to explore the Cotswolds and local attractions in the Oxford area such as Blenheim Palace. The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

Cherry Nook

Private self-contained annexe, renovated to a high standard in 2023, in an Oxfordshire village on the edge of the Cotswolds. An ideal base for exploring Oxford, Blenheim Palace, the Cotswolds and Stratford-upon-Avon, or for working in the Oxford area. Cherry Nook has its own entrance and private garden and is set back from neighbouring buildings giving a lovely, private feel, and plenty of space for a longer stay. Please Note: narrow access, restricted height in bedroom - see photos.

Self contained Studio

Little Rockwell is a self contained studio, without kitchen facilities. Very stylist, brand new accommodation for two people in the centre of Eynsham. It consists of a king sized bed, seating/dining area with fridge and has a large shower, sink and toilet. This is separate from our home, but access is via the driveway and it’s above our garage. The bus stop is very close for access to both Witney and Oxford. We are close to Blenheim Palace and The Cotswolds too.

The Apple Store at Kilkenny

A spacious one bedroom annexe with its own kitchen and shower room. Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Relax on the comfy sofa or enjoy your meals at the dining table. Fully equipped for short or longer stays. A 20 minute walk across the fields to The Farmer's Dog pub.
