Such a beautiful place to relax! By far the most comfortable beds of our trip. Having the sea right outside our door was magical. Very walkable to stores and restaurants. Very nice stay.

Die Wohnung von Eleonore ist ein Traum am Meer. Perfekt gelegen in dem kleinen Örtchen Sampieri. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr herzlich empfangen und es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet . Es gibt einen extra Eingang über die Terrasse direkt in die Wohnung. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Außerdem einige kleine Restaurants,Kaffee und Eisdiele direkt nebenan und eine sehr gute Pizzeria um die Ecke. Der Strand ist toll mit feinen Sand und sehr weitläufig. Er ist perfekt mit kleinen Kindern. Was will man mehr? Wenn es irgendwie geht wollen wir gerne wieder kommen… danke für die unvergessliche Zeit Eleonore.

Wir waren zum Arbeiten dort (Workation) und dafür waren alle Voraussetzungen gegeben (schnelles WLAN, ruhige Umgebung, Arbeitsplatz). Home office mit Meerblick - ein Traum. Für das tägliche Leben ist die Wohnung super ausgestattet und auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Der Zugang zur Strandpromenade war super und die ganze Gegend für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge geeignet. Meno war immer erreichbar und hat sofort geholfen, als z. B. eine Luftpumpe für die Fahrräder benötigt wurde. Er hat sogar eine Warnung geschrieben, als ein Sturm angekündigt war - vielen lieben Dank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - sehr zu empfehlen im Winter für remote work.

Me and my girlfriend spent a week in this beautiful airbnb. We had a wonderful time in Marina di Ragusa and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the appartment and the host. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Die Wohnung ist in toller Lage und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Piazza und dem Strand gelegen. Im Winter ist es sehr ruhig in dem kleinen Ferienort und wir haben es sehr genossen. Der Balkon in Südrichtung lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein und man kann dort auch gut die Wäsche trocknen. Alles ist sehr sauber und schlicht aber freundlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist super, uns haben lediglich ein paar Putzmittel für zwischendurch, ein kleines Messer, ein Brettchen zum Kochen und eine Mocca zu Kaffee machen gefehlt. Ein kleines Messer findest du nun, denn wir haben eins dort gelassen ;). Die Kommunikation mit Giorgio lief sehr gut. Immer freundlich, gut zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Beautiful House at the beach. We had a very relaxing and peaceful vacation in this accommodation. What I loved the most is that you can hear the see at night and in the morning from your room. Oriana was super nice and flexible. She greeted us together with the very sympathetic owners of the house and welcomed us heartily with delicious Sicilian treats. The house was spacious, clean and could heat it up quickly by using the AC. Kitchen well equipped with all one can use in a vacation and we cooked a few times there, beds are big, comfortable and had very good quality bedspread on. The bathroom was clean, water very hot, internet was good. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and shopping stores. Oriana was kind enough to send us a lot of recommendations. We enjoyed very much our stay and would highly recommend it! Thank you very much dear Oriana for welcoming us so kindly!!

Our recent stay was exceptional, co-host Giorgio was proactive,communicative. The apt is a gem, a stunning location overlooking the marina. The views at sunset were breathtaking .The location was in walking distance to the beach & the piazzas. Inside, we were struck by its cleanliness & spaciousness. The apt was impeccably maintained,having a washer was a huge plus too! The reviews we had read prior to our stay were spot-on, & Giorgio even advised us on the quietest bedroom due to the summer holiday & occasional scooter noise at night. This thoughtful gesture ensured a peaceful sleep for everyone. The apartment's secure entrance, with a gate, provided an extra layer of safety & peace of mind, making us feel comfortable & relaxed throughout our stay. Overall, our experience was truly fantastic. We recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable vacation. We will be booking it again for our next visit.

The house is only a few feet from the very small and quiet tourist plaza in Marina di Modical, a very quiet and still only semi-developed town with an expansive sand beach and excellent swimming. There are a few places to eat and relax, but enough - a lovely little bar cafe on the plaza and a legitimate restaurant called Boca Marina right on the plaza which I recommend. All in all, Marina di Modica is a relaxing and quiet place to hang out. And if you do hang out there, this house is a good headquarters

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, zentral gelegen und sehr sauber. Die Parkplatz Situation ist "italienisch" (parke wo du Platz findest) . :) Die Kommunikation mit Lorenzo war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft gerne empfehlen. Grazie mille.!

Great location, right on the beach and it is equipped even with beach towels. The host and check in company representatives were extremely nice and helpful. They allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier, as we had a very early flight and we were tired and they also allowed us to check out when we needed, with no pressure. Also, when we had some small incidents with AC, they came right away and supported us. Great services, very friendly people. We highly recommend!

Fantastic stay in beautiful house, and a very positive and responsive host:) Worth noting is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach with poor sidewalks for baby strollers. We ended up driving instead. Also good to know that restaurants in town open first at 7:30 pm which was too late for us with small kids. We ended up having pizza takeout or cooking ourselves in the evening. All in all, a great stay!

Wir waren mit unserem 6-Monate alten Sohn dort. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Garten gepflegt und super schön. Wir haben fast die komplette Zeit draußen verbracht. Drinnen ist das Ferienhaus eher funktionell, aber alles ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Einzig das Geschirr war wohl in der Spülmaschine vorher nicht 100% sauber geworden. Wir wurden von Domenico sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten bereits deutlich früher als beschrieben einchecken. Er hat uns ausführlich Tipps für Unternehmungen, den lokalen Restaurants und Spezialitäten gegeben. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, während des Aufenthalts war er immer gut erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Man ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an einem wirklich schönen Strand. Als wir über Ostern da waren, war hier auch noch nicht viel los. Der Ort ist nett, aber recht verschlafen. Es gibt einen super Bäcker und eine ausgezeichnete Pizzeria. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was extremely helpful and easy to reach — he provided a stroller and other extras for our 2-year-old at no extra cost. We were warmly welcomed with delicious local treats and drinks. The house is beautifully located by the sea; even during rain or storms, the view from the veranda is breathtaking. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the covered entrance is a big plus for bikes, laundry, and gear. The location is perfect: two lovely, quiet beaches are within walking or biking distance (bikes with child seat included), and sometimes you have the whole beach to yourself. There are also some nice bars and restaurants nearby (I recommend the restaurant Emporio Caccamo for lovely local cuisine). Within 30 minutes by car, you can reach charming towns and nature areas. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Abbiamo trascorso gli ultimi giorni della nostra vacanza in questo alloggio e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione dell'annuncio: pulita, ben curata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione era perfetta, con il mare a pochi passi e la scelta tra alcuni lidi attrezzati o una grande spiaggia libera. Anche il centro è facilmente raggiungibile, con tante bancarelle, ristorantini tipici e aree gioco per i bambini. Grazie di tutto!

Siamo stati 2 mesi in questo appartamento ed è stato un periodo piacevolissimo. Ottima posizione, equipaggiato di tutto. Lo raccomandiamo vivamente!!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete Küche und eine kleine Veranda. Wir waren mit einem Baby in der Wohnung, der Komfort war für uns super. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, das Meer und der Supermarkt sind gleich um die Ecke. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Dit is een verborgen parel! Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven in Sicilië, alles is hier aanwezig voor een geweldige vakantie. Teneerste is Patty een geweldige gastvrouw, lief, betrokken, flexibel en zo behulpzaam. Het appartement is met zo veel liefde en nauwkeurigheid opgeknapt en overal aan gedacht. Er is ruimte, een brandschone keuken en badkamer en alles is aanwezig. Het strand voor je neus, mooie uitval basis voor noto, scili, modica, ragusa en heerlijke restaurants op loopafstand. De auto staat veilig op de parkeerplaats achter het appartement en de supermarkt voorversterker broodje naast het appartement! We hebben zo genoten van het heerlijke terras, als we dit eerder geweten hadden, dan hadden we veeeeel langer geboekt! Alleen maar lieve mensen hier, niet twijfelen , gelijk boeken! Our stay at Jo and Davide‘s place was more than amazing! This place is beautiful with everything you need! We stayed with three girls for our first visit to Sicily! It was the perfect location to explore the south of the island. Must see‘s are Scicli, Ragusa, Noto and much more! The hosts shared a lot of tips! Our highlight was the pool with the stunning view! We want to highlight that the place is even more beautiful than on the pictures! Thanks Jo and Davide! We will for sure come back!

We have now stayed at Fabio’s apartment for the third time. Fabulous location - not too quiet, not too busy. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and communication with the host is excellent. We hope to return next year.

Esperienza positiva, Giovanni e sua figlia Simona sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è situato su una delle strade principali, la posizione consente di raggiungere a piedi in 10min il litorale, cuore di Pozzallo. Lo consiglio a quelle coppie che vogliono passare qualche giorno di relax o per fare il tour da Pozzallo a Modica; perfetto per due persone senza tante pretese in quanto mini, soprattutto il box doccia. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità torneremo presto

Miejsce, które oferuje Fabia jest jedyne w swoim rodzaju, bardzo przestrzenne, bardzo blisko morza, z mądrymi i przemyślanymi udogodnieniami. Pobyt był idealny, niczego nam nie zabrakło, przygotowano nawet dla nas napoje i poczęstunek na rozpoczęcie pobytu. Nocleg był taki jak na zdjęciach, a nawet jeszcze piękniejszy. Bardzo chcielibyśmy wrócić do tego miejsca ponownie!!
