Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Free municipal consortium of Ragusa

We had a great stay at Simona’s place. The apartment had everything we needed, but the wow factor is the pool. It’s huge and has a very deep, deep end complete with diving board. In a nice peaceful location about a five minute drive from town, and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Simona was very attentive and able to help with all of our queries. We even got to experience the amazing cakes and breads that other guests have mentioned! Lovely relaxed stay in a quiet part of Sicily

The house is only a few feet from the very small and quiet tourist plaza in Marina di Modical, a very quiet and still only semi-developed town with an expansive sand beach and excellent swimming. There are a few places to eat and relax, but enough - a lovely little bar cafe on the plaza and a legitimate restaurant called Boca Marina right on the plaza which I recommend. All in all, Marina di Modica is a relaxing and quiet place to hang out. And if you do hang out there, this house is a good headquarters

Everything was perfect!

We spent 6 nights and it was a lovely relaxing spot.When you read the listing details, be aware the host is not exaggerating when they say there are dirt and gravel roads to get to the property so long as you drive slow and aren't in a sports car you will manage the final part of the journey. Do not let that put you off, the location is off the beaten track peaceful. Giuseppa and her extendedfamily could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were even surprised by our supper on arrival ( we arrived fairly late)Pizza from her sister's restaurant. The grounds are large and well maintained with plenty of space for children to run around and explore and play. The pool and water pistols were a big hit with our grandson. The hot tub was enjoyed by his parents. All in all a private spot for relaxing and enjoying family time. We as a family recommend this place.

Really good and pro-active contact with the host. He also provides you with a printed out recommendation list of restaurants etc. Nice big villa in a peaceful and quiet environment, and a very nice big garden. Loved to have breakfast in the garden. The house is really big and it breathes 'warmth' and 'character'. At the same time it is also really clean and neat. We stayed 4 nights with a child of 1.5 years and nothing to complain about. Location: as I said before, peaceful and quiet, while at the same time close to Scicli, Modica and Ragusa. Maybe the only 'complain' is that it looks much better than on the pictures :) Loved it!

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.

I think it is the best apartment in Pozzallo.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool area as well as the beach just 5 minutes from the appartment. To have dinner or do food shopping you always need to drive 15 minutes but that was no problem at all. Would definitely come again.

Had an amazing stay! Due to the hospitality of Christian and Steffi their place felt like home. They truly added to the experience and made my vacation complete. Would definitely recommend anyone to book with fachin villa.

Casa La Ciura is a magical place! Our little apartment was lovely, well-furnished, stocked with everything. Velia is a super nice and welcoming person, we visited the terrace above with the yurt (since there were no guests at the moment) which is a daydream! The beach is right below the house and Puntasecca is a real gem. We were just sorry to have to go.... see you soon and thank you again!

Beautiful House at the beach. We had a very relaxing and peaceful vacation in this accommodation. What I loved the most is that you can hear the see at night and in the morning from your room. Oriana was super nice and flexible. She greeted us together with the very sympathetic owners of the house and welcomed us heartily with delicious Sicilian treats. The house was spacious, clean and could heat it up quickly by using the AC. Kitchen well equipped with all one can use in a vacation and we cooked a few times there, beds are big, comfortable and had very good quality bedspread on. The bathroom was clean, water very hot, internet was good. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and shopping stores. Oriana was kind enough to send us a lot of recommendations. We enjoyed very much our stay and would highly recommend it! Thank you very much dear Oriana for welcoming us so kindly!!

Great place. The owners turned this old farmhouse into a slice of paradise! Very well equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, wonderful garden and pool, very quiet. Ideal location to shine in Baroque Sicily!

The apartment is very large and equipped with all the necessary equipment, even beyond the description provided. The three bedrooms are equipped with fans, as well as the kitchen and the living room, while two bedrooms have air conditioning. But the apartment is cool if you keep the numerous windows open. Clearly, the added value is the large terrace overlooking the beach, from which you can see a spectacular sunset, and it is equipped with sun loungers, a rattan living room and a covered table for breakfast, lunches and dinners that are worth making at home. The recently renovated bathroom and the very modern shower are excellent.
