A wonderful place for a warm and relaxing holiday. Sampieri has a laid back charm and easy access to interesting places to visit. This is a beautiful apartment decorated with style and charm, contains everything which we needed for our stay. Eleonora was a wonderful host with quick responses to our questions and great local tips. We would definitely recommend to others and hope to come back one day.

Eleonora's accommodation is extremely well located with a terrace with breathtaking views of the duomo and the other side of Modica. The accommodation is very spacious, with functional equipment. Bedding is good . The street at the foot of the house is a road from Modica Alta and quite noisy with vehicles, but the room overlooking the back is quiet. We were lucky enough to come during the St. George's festivities. Eléonora kindly lent us her garage during this busy period, but in return the street was often closed to traffic, which was a plus for us. You can walk around Modica easily - a lot of walking but it's one of the charms of the city - supermarket and good restaurant nearby. We'd love to come back to this place

Apartment with private terrace, pretty, spacious and very well located near the duomo of Ragusa Ibla. Nearby free parking spaces. Good welcome. Quiet place The washing machine was not working but the host kindly took care of our laundry detergent.

Antonella and Geno went waaay out of their way to make our visit comfortable and convenient. The accommodation is beautifully maintained, spacious and well appointed. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Modica.

We felt super comfortable in Charlie's vacation home from the beginning. Everything was as described in the ad and nothing was missing. We particularly enjoyed cozy breakfasts and dinners on the two terraces or the first coffee of the day on the roof terrace with sea view. My favorite place was the hammock - also with sea view - where you could relax wonderfully. The holiday home is also a perfect starting point for various excursions. For example, we found it super nice in/on "La Spiaggia della Riserva Foce dell'Irminio", which is only about 10 minutes away by car. The personal contact with Charlie was very nice and informal. He is an attentive, but still totally unobtrusive host, who has plenty of tips for restaurants, excursions, etc. And we also got fresh eggs from the chickens. We would book the vacation home again at any time! Thank you, Charlie, for letting us be your guests :-)

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

Casa Tivoli was even better than we imagined. We spent a blissful four days exploring Scicli and the surrounding area, aided by Francesca's first-class recommendations. Undoubtedly our favourite stop on our trip around Sicily. Thank you very much.

Nice location, wonderful in 'the middle of nowhere', with a nice swimming pool. Apartment is fine and cozy and can be kept cool by air conditioning. Kitchen utensils are simple but sufficient. Slightly better quality and larger pans would be better because they are now dangerously hot.

We loved Scoglitti and Domenico’s house. Sheltered beaches with golden sand, beach towels provided. Lots of recommendations for visits and local shops. Lemon trees in the garden. Peaceful yet central. Lovely

A great place to stay when looking for tranquility. Great location, good amenities and a refreshing pool made staying at this property more than bearable. The host was very communicative and gave us many useful tips.

Well furnished house very comfortable for two couples who care about privacy. Located in the center of Marina di Ragusa, it allows you to get to the center and the waterfront without taking any means. Host available for every request.

We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend, we're very keen to go back already! Lovely sea views to enjoy from the balcony and a great location for food/drink spots. Patty was always very responsive and made us feel so welcome.

Together with my family and my little dog, we stayed for a weekend at Giovanna's villa and we were very satisfied. The beautiful villa with modern interiors and equipped with all comforts, with a beautiful swimming pool outside equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and a patio ideal for relaxing evenings. The sea is just a few hundred meters away, and you can reach it on foot via a small road. The beach is beautiful, clean, and uncrowded, making it an ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday. In addition, the property has sports equipment and bicycles that allowed us to take pleasant rides to the center of Scoglitti, along the promenade. A commendation also to the hosts Giovanna and her husband Antonio, they are really exceptional, very caring, service-oriented and scrupulously attentive to detail. I recommend the place and we will return in the future, because it was a very positive experience.

We have now stayed at Fabio’s apartment for the third time. Fabulous location - not too quiet, not too busy. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and communication with the host is excellent. We hope to return next year.

Great place, within walking distance beach, restaurants, transport. Hosts lovely people , very thoughful and caring, went out of way to help. Would definitely stay there again.

The place that Fabia has to offer is unique, very spacious, very close to the sea, with smart and thoughtful amenities. The stay was perfect, we didn't miss anything, even drinks and refreshments were prepared for us. The overnight stay was just like the photos, and even more beautiful. We would love to come back to this place again!!

The apartment is very spacious, with three bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The absolute highlight is the spacious outdoor terrace with another kitchen, barbecue, outdoor shower and even a separate toilet. In addition, there is a second terrace at the entrance area, perfect to enjoy the sunset – which was particularly pleasant this time of year as it was not too hot. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stefania welcomed us very warmly, was always available and always friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and welcome at her place. We have taken many excursions and love to take long walks by the sea – we can especially recommend Donnalucata. Also the cities of Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa Ibla impressed us with their beauty and atmosphere. We sincerely thank Stefania♥️!
