Family-friendly holiday rentals in Fredonia

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property was excellent and the amenities were spot on. It is a very charming and comfortable home. The location is perfect, can walk across the street to the lodge and lifts. I will booking again next year.

This was a phenomenal stay! The house was clean and well stocked (e.g. toilet paper, soap, dishes, etc.). The rooms were as posted in the photos, so there were no surprises! Vu was a very responsive and helpful host. When we had trouble with the hot tub, he came down right away and checked the water for us. As a suggestion for those visiting, if you are sensitive to pool chemicals, you should run the hot tub for one cycle before getting in. There were some spatulas that were unclean in the drawer, but this was not of big concern to us as it might have just been missed while cleaning. Location wise, it’s walkable to Crystal Beach and it has some cute shops along the way! Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Our family converged on New York for the funeral of the tiniest one in our family. Though it was a difficult and painful time, Mark's home was warm and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked and there was ample sleeping, bathing and hang out space. Everyone enjoyed the air hockey and foosball tables and even with the size of our group, there was a place for everyone to sit at table and eat. The charm and history of Mark's place will leave a permanent mark in our hearts.

Loved this home, it was beautifully decorated every inch. My favourite bedroom was the one on the first floor. This was a change from the typical waterfront properties our family books but with a heated pool and jacuzzi that was situated in a landscaped backyard we couldn’t ask for more. Very clean and she had everything. Lindy has really outdone herself to make sure her guests from all ages enjoy her home. She accommodated our family literally 3 hours before checkin, as the cottage we originally booked the host cancelled less than 24hrs before checkin. Thank you Lindy for sharing your home!!

Our families had a great Memorial Day weekend at Lauras place. Lots of room and in a great location! Laura and Gloria were very responsive and took care of an issue we ran into right away. Would recommend and come back

We had a wonderful stay at Mary & Brock’s. The home is beautiful and their backyard is stunning. They had bird feeders and it was like a bird sanctuary! I have never seen such a variety of birds which was so fun. We were there during the Fourth of July and we were actually able to see some of the fireworks from their front porch! Their place was clean and very comfortable. Mary was responsive and communicative throughout the experience. Thank you Marion Brock for letting us stay at your home!

We loved our stay at Shella's cabin! not only did all the amenities at the resort exceed our expectations, but the close proximity to everything was amazing well! We were able to be close to everything while being able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Will definitely visit again! we appreciated Shella's responsiveness!

Great little place to stay

The Crystal Cottage is such an amazing place! Anne Marie and Norm are such wonderful hosts and go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The cottage is in a great location within walking distance to everything and is still very quiet an peaceful. The local people are also fantastic and make guests feel welcome. I highly recommend the Crystal Cottage to other guests and will be back for sure!

If you're looking for a quaint place with frugality in mind this nails it! We were in the area for a wedding and found this cozy gem very near the venue and friends in the nearby town. It had all the comforts of home (kitty greetings!), if you are a simple person not requiring all the pizazz of overpriced "upscale" accommodations. This loft reminded us of our first apartment! It was clean, cozy, and functional. I personally loved the bedroom as it spoke to my love of sleeping in total darkness. We love old, creaky houses and the stories they whisper if you're of the mind to listen. The only drawback, which had nothing to do with Rhonda, was the twilight zone internet ghosting...so if you desire to truly 'get away from it all' this is your place! Or bring a hotspot if you just can't live without the cyber world. We enjoyed the little touches of hospitality for our use and will consider this again if we are ever back in the area needing restful, clean, and cost-efficient accommodations.

A great place to stay! We enjoyed the space and found that we were never overcrowded with 9 people and a dog. The cottage was even more beautiful than the pictures show and the A/C was a great amenity! The host was amazing, welcoming and accommodating! It was so close to the little town with shops and restaurants! We will for sure be back! Totally worth the price!

I was looking for a last-minute getaway from Toronto with my dog Luna, and Robert was quick to respond and accommodate us. The Airbnb is the perfect cottage -- cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Every detail made it feel warm and welcoming. We enjoyed peaceful walks on the beach and also discovered a lovely trail nearby for Luna to explore. When I accidentally locked myself out of the cottage, Robert was incredibly responsive and showed up within 10 minutes to let us back in. We’re already planning our next trip back — we highly recommend staying at Robert and Cole's!

My girlfriend and I stayed one night in Cabin #3 at Edinboro Lake Resort, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless—check-in couldn’t have been easier. The key was waiting for us inside the cabin, which made settling in seamless and stress-free after a long drive. The cabin itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable. You can tell it’s well cared for—clean linens, cozy furniture, and everything we needed was right there. It had a warm, inviting feel that made us instantly relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It was the ideal setting for a quiet getaway, and we only wish we had stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back—and next time, for more than just one night!

Gerry and Rosemary are great hosts and wonderful people. They helped me get settled and were very accomodating. I camped on their property and the stay was wonderful with lots of wildlife, especially birdsong and the site was tranquil and peaceful. They are respectful of privacy but also very kind. I felt safe, content and happy staying with them.

An absolutely beautiful property with lots of space, activities, and ways to relax. A perfect spot to camp in luxury, complete with hot showers, hammocks, firepits and a heated pool. Gerry was very welcoming and showed us around the property to help us find the perfect spot to pitch camp. Will definitely be back again!

Helen's place is clean, fantastic view, she was very accommodating , we flew from out of province and she provided linens for us which was wonderful. However we are not people who like to be around a lot of other people when we want to relax. This is a trailer in a 2,000 trailer gated trailer park. Fortunately we were there midweek 2nd week of June and it was perfect for us, very quiet, there were very few people around. If we were there when the place was busy and full it would have been very unenjoyable.

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

This cottage is just like the pictures and it was very clean was in a great location very close to the beach walking distance. The backyard is like your own little tranquil paradise! The pool was clean. Everything was great. My family and I went there for my 50th birthday and we truly enjoyed ourselves even my teenage boys. We honestly didn’t wanna leave Best Birthday ever and the host Trevor is amazing responsive and friendly. Super nice highly recommend this place. I know we will definitely be going back .

We had most amazing time at this place! The location is really peaceful,surrounded by nature and well maintained hot pool. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, we had really nice chitchat with host. We had really great time with friends and family on campsite and on pool as well , the site is really quite and surrounded by tress. We are already planning our next trip back

We stayed here for a small family gathering over the 4th of July. The house was so beautiful and peaceful, and exactly what we all needed. Adults and kids enjoyed the amenities. The pool and video game machine were highlights for all. The history of the home was fascinating, and the location can not be beat. Rosalind was an amazing host- always very helpful. We all agreed before leaving that we would love to come back and visit again sometime soon. Definitely one of the top vacation places we have ever stayed at!
