Zoar and Eric were extremely helpful with my reservation! Stablewood Springs is a wonderful property in Hunt with a large resort-style pool. Have stayed here many times and will definitely be back and will book with Zoar and Eric again!

Book this place! This property is made up of Wyndham vacation villas perched at the top of a hill with amazing views. The property is beautiful, the rooms are very nice, and customer service is excellent. There are several lakes on property for fishing and a beautiful pool for swimming. There are limited pictures on this site but many more if you go to the Wyndham site directly. This is a perfect getaway for those looking to leave the business of the city to get out to a more remote place. 20 minute drive from several public spots on the Guadalupe River. There were a couple issues with my reservation but the host took care of them quickly. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We will be back.

Great place to stay! Quiet, friendly neighbors, quality amenities. Close to downtown and everything that has to offer! We stayed a week and had to buy a few supplies but nothing crazy. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

Really was one of the best stays we’ve had on the Comal. This place was spotlessly clean, quiet, yet right on the river with everything going on. Top floor was very nice for views and a great breeze on the balcony in the evenings. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Everything was in working order and kept up nicely. We would stay here again.

The unit worked well for two people. Enough space for cooking, eating, lounging. Easy to access via main check in area. Place is affiliated with Wyndham, so it is a well run resort type place, not your normal run of mill apartment complex. Parking easy, only a few minute drive from central marble falls.

We had a great time! The unit was very clean, and staff at the resort were very kind and helpful. The only bit of confusion that we had was that we weren’t renting a specific unit. This is a timeshare, so you are assigned a unit at check-in. The pictures are stock pictures. Overall, we had a wonderful time and were very happy with the accommodations!

The location was exactly as described and conveniently located for our purpose. The condo was very clean and modern. Overall, we were very pleased with the total package.

Comfortable stay with board games, yard games, and a hot tub. Close to the main part of town where all the restaurants and stores are. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back if possible.

The property was beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay. We were informed about the drought conditions ahead of time, which was appreciated—just something to keep in mind if the water features are a main reason for your visit, as that may impact your experience. Of course, that’s beyond anyone’s control, but worth noting. Check-in instructions were clear, and the host was responsive and helpful when needed. One small hiccup was with the BBQ pit—the instructions seemed outdated, and we couldn’t locate the extra propane, so we weren’t able to use it the first night. Aside from that, the house itself was lovely, and we absolutely loved the area. There’s a charming little farmers market right next door on Sundays, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great experience and a wonderful property. Would definitely recommend!

my friends and I had a great time, the only thing was that there was no toiletries available other than hand soap, so just make sure you’re aware of that!! I would still recommend it, such a cute spot !

This was the perfect home for our family to gather. It is modern, updated, high quality finishes, nice sized rooms, cozy and comfortable. There was plenty of space to spread out and our group of 10 adults and 3 kids enjoyed it immensely. The pool, hot tub and putting green were perfect and the swings were an unexpected bonus. We were glad we paid the extra to heat the pool as the weather turned cold but we could still swim. Also, the game room was a huge hit on the day it turned cold. We loved watching for the “rein” deer all throughout our stay. The pantry was exceedingly well stocked with spices, oils, etc. I absolutely highly recommend this beautiful home.

Loved it!! Very clean, great location, beautiful! the only thing I didn’t “love” was the staircase, it was quite narrow and hard to get suitcases up the stairs. But we 100% enjoyed our stay for my best friends bachelorette trip! We had a blast!

The house was spacious, cozy, and incredibly clean—free of harsh chemicals, mold, or any dirtiness, which we really appreciated. Our two small boys had endless hours of fun exploring the property, playing in the yard, and swimming in the pool. It truly felt like a home away from home! The host was gracious and accommodating, always responsive whenever anything came up. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Can I just say, the previous Airbnb I stayed wasn’t anywhere near on how beautiful this place was, Lori, was so helpful when we asked for a favor, and she was so responsive, her home was so clean and elegant I will be staying there again.
