This property is highly recommended, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The decor is fresh and cozy, offering ample space with modern furniture and appliances exclusively for guests. We found more than enough of what we needed. The neighborhood is pleasant, featuring several good supermarkets (we find a coop and a chinese shop) and a nearby tram station. The host is friendly and easygoing – when I communicated with him, he often provided more information than I needed, making me feel welcome. The balcony is nice, and nights are generally quiet. However, being on the first floor, there are occasional small insects, and the lack of AC or fans made recent hot days uncomfortable. Considering the overall advantages, I’d rate it 5/5.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The area is so peaceful with just the birds singing. The accommodation was amazingly clean with everything I needed for base being a solo traveller. The private patio area and lawned garden all on a level was lovely to sit out on. The bus stop is just a short walk with regular buses to the train station so you can get to Zurich within 20 minutes. The hosts were helpful, friendly and hospitable. As the weather was hot, I was given a fan which was a great bonus to have on at night. The electric blackout blinds were also fantastic in aiding a good nights sleep. Thank you for hosting me.

I was a guest at Rolf's for the third time and it was great every time. His accommodations are beautifully and practically designed, I always feel very comfortable and the location in the middle of the old town is simply awesome! Rolf is a very pleasant, friendly and accommodating host who takes good care of you. Thank you! I'd love to come back.

Together with girlfriend we enjoyed to stay there. Area was quiet and peaceful, there was free parking space and apartment even when was small, had everything that is needed. Stephan was a great host. He was helpfull, always providing fast answers to any questions we had.

We would like to fully confirm the numerous positive reviews of our predecessors. The location and view of the apartment are great, the amenities complete and the host very thoughtful and always helpful. The shower is in the bathtub, but still suitable for older people, as fixed handles are anchored in the wall. German visitors should be prepared for a weak mobile signal in the entire border area, but the Wi-Fi in Philipps apartment is great. Perfect for a vacation on German soil in Switzerland.

We spent 6 nights at Rolf's. The studio is central to the visits we had planned (Lake Constance, St. Gallen, Rhine Falls, Appenzell, Liechtenstein). The environment is calm and pleasant. The apartment is convenient and matches the listing. I'd recommend it without a second thought

We had a wonderful stay in Yolanda and Anna's apartment! The accommodation is not only super nicely furnished, but also excellently equipped, it really lacked nothing. We were particularly impressed by the magnificent view from the balcony. Communication with the hosts was excellent: Yolanda and Anna always responded immediately to our messages, were consistently friendly and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and would book the apartment again at any time. Absolute recommendation!

Had a lovely stay. Clean and large accommodation. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice terrace available. We were even able to store our e-bikes inside the entrance under lock and key. We were very warmly welcomed. After a short tour of the apartment and general information on handling, etc., we were also left alone again. It is a small, quiet place and the property had a field edge location, so you could sit outside in the evening. From there, you can reach Constance in 20 minutes or quickly reach other surrounding towns. Bathroom and kitchen are very modern and minimalist, which appealed to us. Everything was super clean and we had everything in inventory in the apartment that we needed.

We felt very comfortable in Antonie and her husband's apartment. The apartment is located outside (on the edge of the forest) about 15-20 minutes' drive by car to Lake Constance. That didn't bother us. It was very nice and quiet. The garden is super well maintained. The apartment is very clean and everything is taken care of. We can 100% recommend the apartment. Antonie and her husband are very nice and likeable landlords. We were even allowed to stay one night longer, which made us very happy. Thank you for the wonderful days with you.

Nice and cozy little apartment. Had all we needed and worked well with the crib and high chair. It is close to Überlingen which offers everything and we had a great time there. 5 minutes by car there are multiple grocery stores. A lot of hikes possible and a very nice playground in the village.

we had a wonderful week in a beautiful and complete apartment. If you love peace and nature, with plenty of things to do in the nearby area, this is your place! We would like to go back again, because we have not seen everything yet. Definitely recommended!

Everything is very high quality and modern - we were just amazed. The amenities are so complete, like at home. Nothing is missing. It goes far beyond the normal level for vacation rentals. If you need something (raclette, sled), just ask the landlord. Very helpful. The view from the apartment is excellent, sunrise behind the mountains... An exceptional luxury apartment in a great location in the Black Forest, a few minutes' drive to Switzerland.

The accommodation was exactly as described, spacious indoors and outside, with a fabulous garden looking onto the countryside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy more than the hot tub - which was fantastic! There is a bus all the way from the property to the island of Lindau. The host was very friendly and helpful, at the same time giving us space. A brilliant place we would definitely recommend!

it was great to stay on the real farm!

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.

Peter was very responsive. We love the view! Small touches made our stay special - complimentary coke, washing machine pods, dishwashing soap and the guidebook was very helpful too.
