Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Franschhoek

Great place! Loved the pedal boat option. Perhaps not so ideal if you have toddlers because the staircase does not have rails. Minor issue really and other than that we had a good stay.

Большой красивый дом, идеально подошёл для 5 человек. Отдельные 3 большие спальни с собственной ванной комнатой и туалетом. Чистота, уют, тишина, отзывчивый персонал и дружелюбный хозяин. Четкие инструкции по заселению, по возможности организовать стирку. Плюсом было что дом находился на территории прекрасной винодельни. Мы провели прекрасные 3 дня. Спасибо большое

Tolles Haus mit ausreichend Platz für alle, sensationeller Blick über Kapstadt, Ausstattung hervorragend. Housekeeping 1 x die Woche inclusive, weitere jederzeit als extra buchbar, Auto steht in der Garage, alles sehr sicher. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, von hier aus ist man fast überall unter 30 min. (Stellenbosch, Kapstadt downtown, Golfplätze, Weingüter). Leider hat nur 1 Schlafzimmer Klimaanlage. Am Abreisetag Konten wir das Haus noch tagsüber nutzen.

We stayed with a group of friends and our kids and had a lovely time! The weather was terrible so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside spaces of the house or the playground, but it was still cosy by the fire and plenty of space. We would love to come back in summer as the pool, jacuzzi, and hot tub look great. Thanks for having us.

We had a great stay. Close enough to Worcester and restaurants to visit, far enough away to have peace. The hot tub was great fun. Splash pool was welcome as it was quite hot. Nice view from the stoep.

Extremely well-equipped space with great attention to detail - comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We stayed and filmed here, and the owner was incredibly accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!

Carl was a great host and we enjoyed every moment in his beautiful home. He was an amazing host and accommodated us early because of my little ones nap times. My daughter loved the little playroom and all the toys. She was so comfortable. Really lovely place thank you!

The house was stunning, it felt very peaceful waiting for the family and we enjoyed how spacious the villa was. From the moment we received the keys, we were given a detailed guide on how to get around. The kids loved the swimming pool and that VIEW?! Breathtaking. Miriam was a great host and ready to help whenever we reached out. Thank you for such a wonderful stay 🙂

Santika Villa was a lovely house and a great base for us to explore Stellenbosch and the surrounding areas, it is spacious and comfortably sleeps 8 with ensuite bathrooms. With loads of activities on the doorstep, nothing was more than a short drive away. When we stayed at the villa, the pool was a highlight, sparkly clean and well maintained, the kids loved it. Despite it being a shared pool, we did not encounter anyone else staying at the property. This highlights the privacy you have staying at Santika. I would recommend staying at Santika Villa as a base for exploring the area and for relaxing by the pool. We had a lovely stay.

Our stay at The Rafters was lovely! The house was a quintessential artists cottage with amazing artwork and beautiful interior design. It had everything we needed, but the rooms did get very chilly at night, especially with a little baby. It is walking distance to all the amazing restaurants in Kalk Bay. We loved our stay and wholeheartedly recommend it to other travellers! The wood-fired hot tub was very popular too!

Our family had an unforgettable week at the Pool Villa. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. Sharon is warm, welcoming and thoughtful; leaving special gifts for us and the children and even giving our son a surprise birthday cake! All of her recommendations for restaurants and activities were wonderful. The villa is beautifully furnished and well-appointed with everything we needed (travel adaptors and lots of hangers were very much appreciated!). Buitenzorg’s location is stunning, nestled in the Cape Winelands yet still close enough to Cape Town. We loved being able to walk directly onto the vineyards from the estate. The team went above and beyond; lighting fires each evening, cleaning daily, and ensuring we had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub, and my husband appreciated the office and gym. Thank you to Sharon and her team for making this a magical week and the perfect way to end our South African adventure - we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing. We highly recommend Franschhoek Farm Cottages.

Very spacious and clean home. Leona and James were welcoming and responsive hosts. We weren’t able to use the pool due to the weather, but it would have been wonderful if hot. Being able to hike right up the road is also something we didn’t take advantage of due to time and winds but is a wonderful feature. We did enjoy meals on the back deck and great views of table mountain from the side deck. Excellent Shift espresso cafe and deer park cafe restaurant within walking distance down the road.

The photos do not do this place justice. From the moment you walk into reception (down the hill) the owners and host made us feel so at home. The place was so incredibly special with amazing views. From the hot tub, to the bathtub in the treehouse, the fireplace, the views, service and more. The bonus is having the option to dine and have a drink just down below at the Lodge Cabin. Having a bath or hot tub within the vineyards is something else… We would not recommend this place highly enough and for anyone staying in the Stellenbosch region, this is a must! We also loved Simba and Sabrina the dogs. We will be back as soon as we can! Thank you again.

An EPIC getaway! Like none other. Down to the finest detail. Luxurious, artistic, earthy, sensual, gorgeous! Such a unique creation in a stunning, peaceful and inspiring natural environment. You can feel the heart and vision that has gone into this project. We loved so much about this place, especially all the fireplaces and hot tubs and little corners to sit and savour the magnificent views (sunset and stargazing on the outdoor cargo net, anyone?). The fantasy room was a cheeky fun bonus to an already decadent situation. Wynand and Bernadine have thought of everything! They are also very generous with their time and gifts, and were super quick to respond to our questions. Thank you for this creative masterpiece, we are very happy to know about Skaam and would love to come back!

Goed wandelen, mooie indrukwekkend rivier. Ontspannen, ongedwongen setting. Veel gezamenlijke ruimtes. Gezamelijke keukens. Hippie/natuur/backpackers-vibe. Wij hebben genoten van de heerlijke bedden, rivier en uitzichten.

10/10 Private, beautiful and cabin has all the little things that make the difference

The house had everything you need from toddler to adult very accommodating(books to board games), and the views were refreshing from the deck to the top of the hiking trail. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful gifts of wine and apples, they were such a lovely touch! To top it all off, we had a fantastic time relaxing in the cold pool and hot tub. We’re already looking forward to our next. visit!

Lovely location right by the beach with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. The house was lovely and very clean, had all the basics and is surrounded by other residence but still very secluded which we loved. Nolene was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end.

I had the most wonderful solo stay at this beautiful cabin in Kalk Bay - a mini mom getaway that was everything I needed. I spent five nights soaking up the mountain and ocean views, barely leaving the space except for two outings. I read, rested, enjoyed meals by the fire, and truly slowed down. The cabin is beautifully appointed; a comfy bed, luxurious linen and towels, and all the amenities (air fryer, stovetop, fridge, dishwasher). I ordered groceries via Checkers Sixty60 and didn’t need to leave! The fireplace, firewood, and views were food for the soul. Jane was an exceptional host - clear and helpful with every detail. It’s a short walk to Kalk Bay’s bustling main road, shops, and beaches. I felt very safe walking solo. A truly special space - one of my most memorable solo experiences. I’ll be back!
