We had a great time here! Beautiful views and relaxing. Very clean and super responsive. Just what we were looking for.

We had an amazing time at Salma’s big beautiful cottage! It’s like something out of a dream. The cottage itself is very beautifully designed with lots of wooden features & accents both within the interior and exterior. We fell in love with its beauty. It’s super spacious inside and has everything you need for a dreamy cottage weekend. The outdoor hot tub with string lights were a very cute touch! The large property is nestled within a lovely outdoor wooded area that feels far away from busy life but is actually only 15-20 minutes away from most local Traverse city places! So it makes for a great location that is best of both worlds. The cottage was very clean and it was very easy to spend the day lounging around in and then enjoy its cozy nature in the evenings. Salma was very kind and easy to communicate with! She was a wonderful host. We really loved staying here and would love to return someday. This is a true one of kind gem and I’m sure you’d make some wonderful memories here too.

Omg, I don’t have the words for how awesome this place is. First, it is exactly what you see in the pictures and more. Second, it’s not far from anything and third, it’s so peaceful. I could get lost in pure bliss there. Weather I was in the hot tub, the porch, at the table on the deck, the fire pit, the dock, or even just sitting on the beach collecting rocks. Absolute Heaven. I’ve even told the rest of my family that next time we go to Michigan, we’re going to Traverse City and we’re staying at this house. Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much. Thank you!

We had a great time at Torch lake. Ryan was a great host - very responsive who left very good instructions, recommendations for restaurants things to do in the area. The home is very clean and well supplied. The pontoon is very nice.

We stayed at this awesome cottage in northern Michigan for a golf trip with four guys, and it couldn’t have been better. The Airbnb is set on a ton of land—super peaceful and private, perfect for unwinding after long days on the course. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and everything was easy to navigate. One of the biggest highlights was the hot tub—absolutely clutch after walking 18+ holes each day. The host made everything simple with great communication and clear instructions from start to finish. It was one of those stays where everything just worked, which let us fully relax and enjoy the trip. Highly recommend this spot if you’re planning a golf getaway or just want a quiet place to chill with friends.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, very comfortable, and in a perfect location—just minutes from restaurants, shops, and the lake. Stephanie and Bobby were incredibly easy to work with and had a thoughtfully organized book full of recommendations and options for just about anything you could need or want to do in the area. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend this host and this property enough. Nathan was communicative while we were still looking at the property, and responded quickly through the rest of the process until check out. He provided great recommendations for local places to try out and we had a peaceful stay. The property was roomier than expected for the master and cozy for the spare rooms, and we especially loved the living room and outdoor furniture. So happy to have found this gem of a place and excited to come back in the future!

we had a wonderful stayed. Lauren and Tom are very up front in the ad about the location being off a main road, yet it did not bother us. We enjoyed their home as well as the fire pit and hot tub. The house is cute and uncluttered. Had everything we needed for a getaway. Definitely would love to come back.

The rental was perfect. Just big enough for the 6 of us. We had all the amenities available and needed nothing. The grocery store was just up the road so we packed light. We also utilized the washer/dryer which was handy. On Saturdays, there is the Merritt Speedway. Good for a laugh and beer. Don't forget to visit Tastey Treat. Beach is groomed/sandy and clear water for swimming. I could go on! Thank you and we look forward to coming back!, The Westlake's

We really enjoyed our stay. When we first arrived, we wondered if we had picked the wrong location as it did not seem as close to things as we had thought, but after further investigation of the area, it was in a perfect spot. Hosts were very helpful and even flexible in changing the dates of our stay, and this pet friendly rental made it easy to travel with pets. The space was very clean and well stocked with things needed for the week. We would recommend this location to others. One of our favorite finds was the Three Trees Winery just up the road. It’s also in a great location to explore surrounding areas, like the Dune Climb at Sleeping Bear, Glen Arbor, Leland, Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course, and of course Traverse City. If you are trying to decide whether to visit the area and stay here, don’t hesitate (especially if traveling with pets).

Nice little cabin, close to many bodies of water and centrally located between Glen Arbor and Leland. Had a great time.

We originally booked a different cottage in Ludington….only to find out we accidentally booked it for the wrong date. We cancelled that reservation and booked this location instead. Host responded immediately- huge relief to us since we were already on our way to the area. Directions to the house were spot on, which made it easy to find. Even though this was a last minute reservation, the house was ready for us. Yes, the furniture is dated but that was fine with us. There is so much to do in the area that we were gone most of the time. However, we did spend some time at the house to do some fishing out on the lake- they have a boat and canoe onsite that we were able to take out. Our last night there, we sat out by the fire pit and stargazed while we fished. It was perfect! Communication with host couldn’t have been any better. They checked in with us to make sure all was going well and responded right away when I accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. Would stay again.

Our family enjoyed ourselves very much. There wasn’t alot around for shopping or restaurant dining. However, we were there to spend time together so the few restaurants and stores close by was perfect for us. The neighborhood and people were extremely friendly and kind. We LOVED the view. The lake was great for both sports and fishing.

My family booked the Wet Nest for 4 nights and it was PERFECT!! Everything we needed was provided, and in good condition. The cabin sits right on the water and have plenty of room for the kids to play!! I cant say enough good things about this place. We made some core memories and are already talking about going back! Thank you so much for a perfect stay!!

This is our second time staying at Laurie’s Airbnb and we love it. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the winter wonderland up there. Laurie is very communicative and very helpful. The place is comfy and we love that we can bring our dogs!

everything was great...beautiful lake with nice dock, has boat, kayaks and a dock that we waded out to..water was clear and could wade out barefoot..will stay again when opportunity arises.

This is the absolute best location in Frankfort! Equally walkable to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. We rented bikes and easily parked them on the alley side of the house. This was such a great cottage for our family. Denise was so friendly, thorough, and helpful. Wonderful hosts and experience!

We had a great stay (just my wife and I) plus our old dog Polly. The place was perfect. Very quiet surroundings, wonderful peaceful atmostphere inside and the best place to hang out in the evening and mornings was the outdoor covered deck. This place had everything we were looking for and more. I highly recommend it. We only used on of the three bedrooms that were available but regardless of the number of people staying it share a large open living space that was just what we needed for our gathering purposes. We loved staying at the moon cottage. The place was clean and looked like the photos. Kitchen had most everything needed for a convenient stay. The location is amazingly close to main street and lots of local shops and businesses. However the home is very private and quiet while being so close to parks and the beach. Loved our stay and how quick to respond our host was!

Great location for both walking into the cute town of Frankfort as well as exploring the area. The house was just as pictured and better. Very comfortable for relaxing and sleeping. Tastefully decorated - we took photos for ideas in our home. Serene beach theme with amazing light fixtures in the bedrooms. Quiet and peaceful. The front entry has a comfortable bench perfect for sitting in sun and reading. We look forward to returning.

Mary’s place was even better than described. Spacious and clean, hidden away yet close to water, woods and downtown Beulah. Felt right at home and would happily come back again.
