The place was a perfect stay for our day of golf at Arcadia. Hosts were great and responded quickly with anything we need. Including checking on things we potentially left behind. They could not have been more spot on referring us to Grille 44 for drinks and dinner, walkable if you’re up for it. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great stay, felt right at home. Easy check in and out, very responsive and accommodating host. Had everything we needed and some extras. Very homey and comfortable, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Our dog enjoyed it too.

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

We loved our stay at the Hoxie Homestead. The location was central to all of northern Michigan’s cute towns and beaches. The property was clean and well laid-out. Loved the decor, and the master bed was super comfy and soft. The hot tub and sauna were perfect. We would certainly stay again.

Our stay in Interlochen at John’s place was great! The hosts went above and beyond our expectations and provided board/card games, pre-chopped wood for the fire pit, and a variety of snacks. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious.

Jamie was a great host! The place was set up so cute. A little smaller than the pics look, but still good. The doors and cabinets dont close all the way, but probably an older house, we could deal🙂 the outside wasnt setup like pics outside, but we moved the things no problem. It was winter, so couldn't get mad. We enjoyed some time at the bonfire. The hot tub was real nice! Jamie was always so fast to respond and help when needed. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Richard's condominium! The condo is apart of a larger resort, Shanty Creek, and with the passes that were left for us to use, we were never bored! We explored the Lakeview Hotel and pool amenities there, the private beach, and the Shuss Mountain resort as well. This was especially nice for the 12 year old we had with us. There was a couple staying next to us (not under Richard's purview), who had loud dogs who would not stop barking but after messaging Richard, we heard them very rarely and then not at all, so we really appreciated the timely response we had from him and the action he took by informing the HOA for that condo. The little touches here and there were also really appreciated, like the fan/lightbulb fan charm cords so we knew which cord was for the light and which was for the fan. We plan on coming back for sure! Highly recommended place for people of all ages to enjoy.

Manistee is home away from home! Lovely place with a great location for beach access & amazing sunsets! Close to town & great little area to take the pups for walks. Bring spices & cooking oils. They only have limited spices as listed. Also, I maybe would bring a couple pans & pots if you plan on cooking more than a basic, simple meal. I love to cook so I usually bring my own knives & pans. Really great stay & I would highly recommend!

This was an amazing get away! i definitely recommend david and nicole's airbnb if you're looking in this area! they were very precise with location, recommendations, check in/out directions! we loved our stay!

A-Frame of Mind was perfect in every way! It was clean, roomy, beautifully decorated, and cozy! Everything we needed was available and stores were nearby for any items we didn't have. I wish I lived closer, and I would make this an annual visit. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Booked the Grumpy Bear for my Bachelor party and it was a great experience for everyone. Kristi was friendly, clear and extremely helpful. Would definitely book again!

Autumns place was great! We stayed as a group of 4 adults and each had our own space. There are lots of stairs but we enjoyed the separate living spaces for each of us. Everything was clean, beds were all comfortable and great pillows. Two balconies made sunrise and sunset both gorgeous with the fall trees. We will be back!

My 4 kids, husband and I have been coming to Shanty creek resorts for over 10 years. This is the first time we stayed somewhere other than the resort hotels. We enjoyed we were able to bring our dog on this trip, we had a kitchenette, and we did more in the area because we had to drive ourselves. This gave us a chance to explore and save more money. By staying in a place more reasonable than the hotel and we were able to cook ourselves and didn't have the added expense of a dog sitter. 4girls sharing one bathroom worked out better than I thought. We had a great stay here! Location is convenient and beautiful and apartment was clean and comfortable. Price was extremely reasonable the hosts were accommodating and very quick to respond. Highly recommend!

We had a great weekend. The cabin is lovely. We hiked at the nearby nature area, fished in the lake & surrounding areas, and explored downtown. We made breakfasts and dinners at the cabin and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed the variety of boats available.

We had a great stay (just my wife and I) plus our old dog Polly. The place was perfect. Very quiet surroundings, wonderful peaceful atmostphere inside and the best place to hang out in the evening and mornings was the outdoor covered deck. This place had everything we were looking for and more. I highly recommend it. We only used on of the three bedrooms that were available but regardless of the number of people staying it share a large open living space that was just what we needed for our gathering purposes. Wow — this was maybe the best AirBnB experience that I’ve had. Monica has done such a wonderful job with this cabin. It was pristine, peaceful, and in the most beautiful location. The cabin itself was exceptionally comfortable with everything we needed for comfort. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and cooking utensils, with a great grill outside — we used it for most meals! The porch was almost with the entire value of the place itself, a perfect spot to sit and relax and enjoy the day. My dog was in LOVE with her surroundings, and we enjoyed many a walk down the long grassy lawn to the water where she swam and laid out in the sun on the dock (plus was put into a kayak successfully for the first time with moderate success!). Monica was an incredible host who has quite literally thought of everything to make the stay perfect. We hope to stay again in the future!

This was our second stay at the Blue Kettle Cottage and we are already planning a third! Deirdre is super friendly and communicative, always responding to any questions we may have. The home is very clean, cozy, and has all the amenities including a full kitchen. Less than a 10 minute drive to Empire and the Dunes, and within a half hour to Traverse City, Suttons Bay and Leland. Our favorite part is sitting on the patio just enjoying the peacefulness and nature. Can't wait to return!

Great host and location. The space was bigger than we expected. Walkable to many stores, restaurants and the beach. Coffee in the morning in the sunroom was peaceful. This space was clean and quiet and we felt right at home. Thank you!

We stayed during the holidays for a winter getaway. This place had everything we needed and more. It was easy to find and park. The house was cozy and had all the kitchen and bathroom amenities. It's also right next to a great restaurant and coffee shop. It was a quick drive to Crystal Mountain and to Point Betsie Lighthouse. Deirdre was a proactive and responsive host, providing all the necessary details for a great stay, including lots of recommendations for food, drinks and activities.
