Holiday rentals with a sauna in Francavilla al Mare

This was without a doubt our favourite stay on our Italy trip. Pauola and Luca were the most incredible hosts. So helpful and responsive no matter the time of day. They help you with anything and everything to make your stay amazing. The bus system from Praiano to Amalfi and Positano can be confusing but they are so helpful and teach you how to do it. They have so many amazing recommendations as well. Staying in Praiano over Positano and amalfi was the absolute best decision. The house of mirrors is a must see air bnb and you will fall in love with it. We will definitely be back! :)

They have a great restaurant and a wonderful view that I never expected! The place is cold even in the summer. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a calm environment with a nice view :)

Mir und meinen Kindern hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Der italienische fler widerspiegelt sich an jeder Seite. Ist auf den Bergen von Gualdo, es ist definitiv ein wow Effekt.

Vittorio’s apartment in Chiaia is a true gem – a calm retreat from the usual hustle and bustle of Naples. The neighborhood is elegant and beautiful, with great shops, charming cafés and plenty of restaurants just around the corner. The apartment itself has everything that makes a great Airbnb: – Perfect location – Very comfortable mattress – Two fully functional bathrooms (great water pressure, proper ventilation) – Excellent blackout options – the room gets dark if you want it to – Absolute silence at night – you don’t hear a thing from the neighbors or the city – Washing machine available – Plenty of space to settle in, including a large wardrobe and even an iron – Quiet and well-kept building with elevator – Air conditioning Vittorio was a thoughtful host – he had stocked the fridge with water and provided more than enough coffee capsules for the espresso machine. This was my favorite stay in Naples so far, and I’ll definitely try to book this apartment again on my next stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, auch bei wechselhaften Wetter im April . Die große Dachterrase mit Meer- und Bergblick ist fantastisch. Ruhige Umgebung, großartig der Garten mit Oliven - und Zitronenbäumen, alles liebevoll gestaltet. Auch die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten (Terrasse oben, Terrasse vor der Wohnung, hinter der Wohnung ) und nicht zu vergessen : der direkte Strandzugang inklusive nette Kaffeebar und Restaurant nebenan. Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet und gemütlich. Da sie ganz unten im Erdgeschoss liegt, war es gut temperiert, obwohl es draußen sehr heiß war. Das war sehr angenehm. Im Haus war es leise und den Kühlschrank hört man gar nicht. Uns persönlich war die Matratze zu hart, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Das Auto parkt man direkt vor der Wohnung und morgens ist da noch Schatten. Perfekt! Zu Fuß erreicht man die fantastische Stadt Matera in einer Viertelstunde. Es gibt Geschäfte um die Ecke. Alles super. Lorenzo war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Todella siisti huoneisto lähellä Lapadin kävelykatua. Hyvä uima-allas, mieletön jacuzzi ja yllätykseksemme majoituksen käytettävissä oli myös grillihuone, jossa paistoimme pizzaa Barbaran avustuksella. Barbara oli todella ystävällinen ja vastasi viesteihin välittömästi. Ihana lomakohde!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. Close to the other cities, for day trips, and very easy to drive around in. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful city and having more of a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of big cities like Rome and Naples. It was very safe and quiet. We also enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful hot tub. The host was very kind and even made dinner reservations for us. I would definitely recommend her showing you around the apartment and how to use the hot tub and shower as it can be difficult to understand. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely book here again if we come back.

Abbiamo soggiornato in dicembre, la casa con termostato regolabile era calda e accogliente! In bagno c’era tutto il necessario, dall’ asciugacapelli al burro cacao! Cialde per il caffè, tisane, latte e merendine per la colazione! Letto molto comodo e biancheria di cotone piacevole! In pieno centro, comoda x visitare i siti d’interesse, la costiera e le luminarie!

Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento di Eleonora per una notte. L'attico è molto confortevole e vari servizi sono gestibili comodamente dal tablet. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo potuto usufruire della sauna, dell'area relax con la parete di sale e di una vasta scelta di the e tisane a disposizione. La cucina era perfettamente attrezzata e funzionale. Ambienti curati nei minimi dettagli, abbiamo molto apprezzato la living room in stile giapponese. Perfetto per un weekend di relax.

This place is AMAZING!!! would definitely return. Francesco is a great host. He makes sure his guest are taken care of and have everything they need. Francesco is excellent at communicating and made excellent recommendations for things to do. The location is even more beautiful than the pictures and the house is spotless and cozy. would definitely recommend.

I have only great things to say about this place! We celebrated our anniversary and my partner’s birthday here and absolutely loved our stay!! Awesome hosts who really care about their guests and giving them the best experience, convenient location close to the bus stop, and a beautiful clean apartment. Galdino was very flexible with our check in and he met us when we arrived from the airport. He was very informative and explained everything to us. A great place to stay near the Naples port area. Very comfortable accommodations and a beautiful property.

Antonio’s place was amazing! The views are incredible from the balcony. Antonio was very kind and communicative. He made sure to check in on us and offer his services if needed. It fit 6 of us comfortably. We will definitely be back!

Staying at this place in Positano was truly unforgettable. The view is absolutely breathtaking like a postcard come to life. Every morning felt like waking up in a dream. What made the experience even more special was the host’s incredible hospitality. So kind, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive to every detail. You can tell they truly care about creating a magical experience for their guests. I’ll definitely be coming back to this beautiful place it stole my heart. Grazie mille for everything!

Really and truly loved our stay here!! Just wished it was longer!! In our opinion it was better than a 5 star hotel! It was set up beautifully! The mini spa area was a perfect way to spend our evening after the whole day at the beach! There is a tv in almost every room which was wow! It was extremely clean! Its spacious! Modern and calming! The bed was comfortable! To make our experience even better was the prosecco we received on arrival!

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cette maison pendant 10 jours en juin, et nous la recommandons ! Le grand point fort de la propriété : le terrain extérieur ! La grande piscine, les lits extérieurs, les chaises longues et les différents coins repas sont parfaits pour se détendre après une journée de découvertes dans la région. C’est un véritable havre de paix, très privé, sécuritaire et super tranquille. La maison est fidèle aux photos. Les lits sont confortables et propres, ce qui a vraiment contribué à la qualité du séjour. Elle est idéalement située à quelques minutes de Lecce, des supermarchés, des restaurants et de toutes les commodités. Il y a également des chaises, parasols et serviettes de plage à disposition, ce qui était génial pour éviter de payer toujours des chaises dans les Lidos. Mention spéciale à la propriétaire, Maria, qui est gentille, généreuse, simple, disponible et toujours prête à répondre à nos questions ou à partager de bonnes suggestions.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mehr als genossen. Goran war ein ganz ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und immer sehr hilfreich. Das haben wir sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Das Haus am Meer ist unglaublich schön. Es bietet alles was man sich vorstellen kann....und noch mehr 😊 Die direkte Lage am Wasser, die tolle Aussicht und die Sauna waren unsere absoluten Highlights 🙏🏼 Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Das ist der richtige Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen 🥰 Und... Goran hat sehr sehr leckeres Olivenöl 👌🏼😉

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille , dans un cadre idyllique. La propriété est superbe, le logement top, très fonctionnel, bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le cadre est magnifique et l'environnement très calme. Nous remercions notre hôte Francesco pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. Merci à lui, de nous avoir organiser un délicieux diner d'anniversaire à domicile avec la chef Angelica. Nous avons vraiment apprécier ce moment, ainsi que les attentions à notre arrivée. Dopo essere arrivati a Ruvo ci è stata cancellata la prenotazione in un altra suite e così ho prenotato immediatamente quella di Mariarosa, che dire, prenotazione inviata alle 17 e alle 17:40 eravamo già in casa. La casa era molto accogliente e pulita, Mariarosa gentilissima e molto disponibile, peccato per il soggiorno così breve, consiglio a tutti almeno un weekend, ne vale la pena, a presto…

We had a lovely stay! Located right in the centre of ostuni and easily accessible to the bus stop. The apartments itself were very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Sandra was a great host and very responsive. Would recommend.
