Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Francavilla al Mare

We've had a lovely little weekend in Pescara, staying at Daniela's place. We found the description and picture to match the reality, really clean, right in the center, close to the beach and great restaurants with yummy local food. We were able to have a smooth check in and check out and Daniela has been an amazing host, very prompt and answering all our questions graciously and friendly, very prompt. It was a bit colder than we expected but that was just related to the weather and the period we visited. We were able to turn on the heat and make it comfortable for our stay which was great. Loved it and I definitely recommend you to stay there, you'll feel right at home !

Had a fantastic stay at Marko and Cristina’s place. Location was great- walkable to restaurants, grocery, a beach and 25 Min to Old Town. Lots of hills and steps, but that is true of the entire area! Both were super easy to reach, answered questions quickly, and allowed us to keep our car there after checkout for a few hours. We drove a big Van, and it fit in the garage without issue. Apartment was perfect for our group- easily for 5 people. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, furniture and beds were comfy, patio/sectional were a definite added bonus- such a great view, great breeze and a fab way to start your morning! Our only snafu was the city was paving the road one day while we were there (no fault of hosts!), but they ended up going 3-4 hrs longer than initially state, so we could not get our van back to the house…Cristina offered to pay to park it overnight in a lot- very gracious! Overall, a fantastic stay. Would def book again if we come back!❤️

Everything is perfect and as shown in the photos and description. Terrazza Appia is a recently renovated, quiet, clean and complete with all services. Carlo is a kind and always available host, ready to meet every need and provide advice in the area. Great experience! If you are looking for a place in Potenza, I highly recommend it.

It is the ancient city of Matera, which is so peaceful and beautiful. In particular, the host Adriana was kind and active, giving me a lot of information, so it was a happy trip. The best host, Adriana, thank you.

Great location, across the street from the harbor. Easy access to public transport to the Old Town.

We had a great stay In Brindisi the accommodation was exactly what we expected and what a perfect location with parking outside the front door. Plus a fab restaurant beside our accommodation we ate there three nights in a row such was the quality of the food and price. Best regards John and Joanne

Enza and Riccardo are great hosts, helpful and very friendly! We had a great time with them, the bedding of the accommodation is clean and the yard is beautiful. It is in a quiet place, the beach is on the other side of the road. I'm sure we'll be back here!😊

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was spacious, modern, beautifully renovated, and spotless. We really appreciated how easy it was to access the apartment. Alessandro was extremely responsive and always attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Parking was easy to access and free, which was a big plus. The bed — and really everything — was super comfortable. The city itself felt a bit quiet in April, but the square had a nice vibe and the people were absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time. The appartment was great, super clean and had everything we needed. The farm was beautiful, nice places in the shade and a bunch of animals. We even got fresh eggs in the morning. Definite recommendation!

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

Nice place to stay. Main room and kitchen in the middle, on both sides a double bedroom with private bathroom+toilet. There's not a lot of daylight in the main room, but with open doors light from the bedrooms reaches the main room as well. The place is well furnitured and cosy to be in. Some restaurants and two small supermarkets are nearby. Lots more restaurants and other shops are in the centre of Scafati. The traffic is as busy and chaotic as it is everywhere in the area surrounding Naples and Mount Vesuvius. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment exactly as described. Well located, clean, spacious, with everything you need. Pio was a perfect host! The only drawback I have to mention is that it’s located on the top floor of the building( with elevator) and the ceiling is very low, specially in the main bedroom/bathroom. That said, you have to be careful to not bump your head, which happened to us a few times. I’d definitely stay there again regardless.

16’ from the train station and about 20’ from the old town, the apartment looks like in the pictures, very spacious for 4 people and a baby to stay in. Within less time walking you can find supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good too. The kitchen suffice for easier preparations. Andrea was always very responsive and managed for us to check in a bit earlier, which made us enjoy Bari even more. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Nice apartment in central location.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, located in a quiet area just a 10-minute walk from the beach and the marina port. It’s on the ground floor, which made access super convenient. The host was responsive throughout our stay — she made check-in a breeze and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and tours to the Amalfi Coast. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything Elena!

Hi have stayed in a large number ofAirbnb’s and Clyde is one of the best hosts I have ever had. His response time was very quick. He was so helpful and gave us great recommendations. The 3 day itinerary that was left for us was the best I’ve ever had. There was so much useful information on the card he left us. A lot of hosts could learn from him and how he manages his property. The apartment was very modern stylish and very well equipped. He has an attention to details that is rare. I honestly can’t recommend him and his apartment high enough. Plus we really missed Alexa when we left. If you don’t understand what I mean by this you will just have to book a stay at his apartment to find out. Thank you Clyde you are a superstar. We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Silvio and Anna’s beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with the warmth and care of family. They made sure we had everything we needed - especially thoughtful as we were traveling with our little one. A lovely touch was the welcome basket with snacks and wine, which made us feel instantly at home. The views from their balcony are absolutely breathtaking - sunrises, sunsets, or just a quiet moment with coffee, it was always magical. The private garage was spacious enough for our compact SUV, and if you’re planning to rent a car, this stay is perfectly suited. It’s a peaceful retreat, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of tourist-heavy spots like Amalfi and Positano, yet still very well connected. We found the location to be ideal for day trips - just a 15-minute drive to the marina where we took a beautiful boat tour to Capri, around 40 minutes to reach the charm of Positano, and about 90 minutes to the iconic Amalfi.
