We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Walk the trails or walk to the winery. MAX OCCUPANCY is TWO guests. You can add a third for $30/night. Guests may not bring additional people, no matter how long. Recently remodeled Private, all sports lake front home 15 min from downtown Fentons many restaurants&activities. Take your own boat around the lake(please make early accommodations ) swim in the clear sand bottom water or enjoy the views from the large porch. Bonfire is ready for smores with plenty of chairs! Fishing is amazing ranging from walleye, to sunfish and bluegill.Winter allows for ice skating and ice fishing. This home is truly loved by all regardless of season.

Kelmscott Chapel

This historic structure was built in 1909 for the local catholic parish and served as such until the 1970's. A portion of the church was then converted to a residence and has also served as a wedding venue for over twenty years. Now called Kelmscott Chapel, a nod to William Morris and the arts and crafts movement, you will find warm and inviting accommodations. Complete with stained glassed windows, spiral staircases, decorated with art and antiques.

Jake's Lake Place w/pontoon rental

Jake's Place is on a private beautiful all sports lake (all DNR regulations apply) This is the perfect spot for your next family getaway. Spring feed lake, very clean and sandy bottom. This property has access to a second empty lot for additional yard. Multiple indoor and outdoor games, paddle boat, 4 kayaks and bond fire pit for relaxing after a great day on/in the lake. Jake's place faces the west for Gorgeous sunset viewing to end your day.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
