Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fountain Square, Indianapolis

It’s the best place to have ever stayed at while taking my vacations, just can’t wait to be back when I visit Indianapolis again.

Perfect for sort or long term. Niiv is an excellent host. Great area with lots to do in walking distance.

It was great to have parking included and still be within walking distance of everything!

What a wonderful place to stay. Our only regret: it was just one night. If our travels bring us back to Indy - we know where to stay. The place is exactly as described and bonus - there's a dedicated garage for the car. Also, just a short drive to downtown Indy for the bars and restaurants.

This is my go to place when I come to town. Sometimes when it’s not available, I look to reschedule my trip.

Great Location in a very nice neighborhood. Ample living areas. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Beds are comfy. Host was very communicative and responsive from booking to check out.

Home was as described and we had a quiet stay with no issues. No complaints at all, recommend.

First of all the place was neat and nice. The neighborhood was very nice with lots of stores and restaurants. Phill was a very helpful host and he’s always communicative with me. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone if you’re coming to Indianapolis.

This was a beautiful home! A perfect use of all the space with lots of cool features. There is more than enough space, and it is very comfortable. The hosts responded promptly when we had questions and were very kind.

We stayed for the weekend and it was perfect for our little family. We brought our 18 month old with us for a weekend trip. I love the location, it was walkable and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. (If you like coffee, definitely try Bovaconti) The space has been updated and it’s well kept. It was a quiet area and we felt very safe. The space had everything we needed. I like the fountain square area. We walked and had breakfast at Milktooth. Another restaurant Id recommend. The menu changes but the flavors are authentic. We are big foodies and travel quite often. We enjoyed it a lot. Great flavorful dishes. If you love savory or sweet dishes, definitely check it out. The hosts were responsive. I liked that Vicky checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We would stay here again and I recommend it.

We had a great time at the Core Cottage. Walkable to lots of great spots, very clean inside, and we appreciated the items available in the pantry and fridge for making breakfasts.

Effie’s Walkable Indy Airbnb was just as described, right in the heart of one of the best downtown Indianapolis neighborhoods… within just a few blocks of some of Indy’s best restaurants (Milktooth & Bluebeard to name a few…). The interior updates to the home were really nice, and the Airbnb had everything needed for a quick weekend visit or a longer stay in Indianapolis. I very much enjoyed staying at Effie’s Airbnb, and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in a great downtown Indy neighborhood!

Carlos was a great host. Very communicative and helpful. Sent us lots of good recommendations beforehand and checked in with us during the stay. Price was very good for the location and with all of the big events happening in Indianapolis at that time. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable! Loved the Alexa controlled LED light! Night time was a bit noisy but it was expected as it was a Saturday and it's downtown. Overall a great place and would love to stay again!

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!

I really enjoyed my two-night stay at Griffin's condo! The apartment is lovely - large for a one-bedroom, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, well-stocked, and the location couldn't be better. You're right in the heart of downtown but the condo is surprisingly quiet and private as it faces away from the major streets. The California king bed is super comfy so I slept well here! It's in a very pretty historic building within walking distance to anywhere downtown, including a grocery store and public transport links. I enjoyed the little Indy touches throughout the decor of the apartment - you can tell Griffin is a very thoughtful host. It's well-stocked with all you could need - extra towels, bedding, kitchenware, granola bars and bottled water, reading material, a cool record player/radio, and a nice big TV. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place for your Indy trip!
