Holiday rentals with a patio in Fountain Hills

Our stay at Callista’s place was wonderful from start to finish. The home was clean, peaceful, and just what we needed to relax. But what really stood out was Callista’s kindness and integrity. I accidentally left my wallet behind after checkout, and she went above and beyond to make sure it was safely returned to me. That level of honesty and care is rare, and it meant so much to me. I highly recommend her place not just for the comfort, but for the quality of character behind it. Thank you again, Callista!

Loved it here! Beautiful and cozy place for me and my fiancé. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and super markets. Will definitely stay again!

Very restful, well set up, and comfortable stay during our trip to Phoenix. We loved how convenient it was for spending time at the pool, walking to pick up groceries, and walking along the greenway watching all the birds. Definitely recommend taking a stroll over the bridge for tacos at Okay Maguey's (so good we went 3x), checking out the Desert Botanical Gardens, and going to the Musical Instrument Museum. My favorite was lounging by the pool beside the blooming jasmine and hibiscus flowers under the clear blue sky! Anni was super friendly and helpful. Perfect little getaway spot for two :)

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

Super responsive host! It was very clear on where to park and how to enter using the video provided prior to check-in. Instructions for check-out were simple as well which I appreciated! Clean and very welcoming condo with beautiful, comfy and clean furniture. Beds were very comfy as well! Highly recommend. The pool was lovely as well for kids to play in ❤️

One of the best AirBnbs I’ve ever stayed at! It is actually way bigger in person, and the location is perfect, you are only 10min max within most of the places you would want to go. Kate is an amazing host and is super responsive as well. Next time I come to AZ, I’ll definitely book this place again.

I have stayed at many Airbnb's throughout the years - Maggies place is in the top 5 for me. The property is amazing - you will want for nothing here! The landscaping is fantastic and better than the photos. My guests and I felt like we were in a private J.W. Marriott. The thing I enjoyed most was sitting on the back patio/lanai area in the early morning, and listening to the sound of the water feature by the pool. This really IS a gem - if the dates work for you don't hesitate to book it! You will not be disappointed!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. Hayley’s place was perfect for what we were looking for! The views of the mountains are amazing and the private feeling, while still being less than 10 minutes from stores and restaurants, was ideal. The house was clean, check in and out where both super simple, and the pool/hot tube/fireplace were all well maintained. Would absolutely book here again in the future.

I stayed at for a Graduation celebration. Trent and Kyra were flexible with check in time, they recommended a bakery before our arrival that made a graduation cake that was delicious, their response time for any questions was always immediate, like less then 15 minutes immediate. I have stayed in fountain hills before for vacation, so I was used to the peaceful area, I was able to go on walks in the morning, felt extremely safe. They have clear instructions for check in and check out. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb for your Arizona stay!!!

Loved the house and BAVR was easy to work with. It’s a bit of a drive to get to Scottsdale, etc…but worth it for the view and large, beautifully appointed home. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent little condo, private but close enough to everything you need. Make sure you type in the address precisely. (Our mistake) There’s another condo at 108750 Place that will have you knocking on the wrong door😀. I would stay there again and again. Brindy was a fantastic.

I was a little skeptical about staying so close to the mountains. Once I got there...OMG! The place is beautiful, and the mountain view is beautiful especially at sunset! The home was spotless, was just as it was described on the site. The pictures were accurate, what you see online is what you get! The spice rack in the kitchen was such a special touch! Each washroom has complimentary toiletries. Oliver was easy to communicate with. The entire experience was wonderful! Five star-Top tier all the way around! Would definitely book again!

The hosts were awesome! They were super responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and not far from old town scottsdale. Check-in was easy and the space was as described. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

Paul has an amazing place! It’s in a peaceful location that is well kept. We have stayed in our fair share of AirBnB’s, this condo is one of the best stocked homes we’ve had the pleasure of visiting. The surrounding areas are beautiful and safe. The accommodations look just like the photos and everything was clean and fresh. We loved it here and hope to return in the future!

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

Our girls trip to Scottsdale was AMAZING!!! Our condo was exactly as described and had everything we could imagine. We really loved the attention to detail, the extra amenities and cleanliness. We walked to down town a few times. The check in instructions were EXCELLENT and we felt the communication was top notch. If we return for another trip we would def rebook Denise’s place. Thank you for having us. We clearly enjoyed our time in Scottsdale.

Good location, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice pool and fitness center. Apartment is part of a fairly large complex so there will be some details on check-in to find the exact location, but communication and directions were good so it didn't take long to find the exact apartment and parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again!

Great space in a perfect location. Close enough that you’re walking distance to shops and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet, private area. Would definitely recommend!
