Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Fountain Hills

Exactly as described! Very clean. The pool was great! Early check in was accommodated and the house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed! We will stay again!

The hosts were very accommodating. I had some sort of glitch when i booked my stay and it only booked for a single guest, so they stocked 4 towels total. When I let them know that there were more guests and I would need more towels, they immediately responded and had towels on the way. The backyard is really the highlight of the property, there’s lots to do and tons of room! We would definitely recommend staying here. Very happy with the property and the hosts!

5 Stars - A Perfect Arizona Getaway! We had an incredible stay at John Hilde’s home in Arizona! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail—from the cozy linens to the well-stocked kitchen—made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we especially loved the outdoor space—it was peaceful, private, and ideal for enjoying the Arizona sunshine. John was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and truly committed to making our stay enjoyable. This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

We stayed here with two other couples for a wedding weekend and absolutely loved it! The backyard was our favorite part — perfect for relaxing, enjoying the Arizona sun, and spending time together. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made meals and snacks super easy. All of the beds were really comfortable, and the house was spotless and well-maintained. The location was also ideal — close to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

What a fantastic place in Scottsdale!! Truly the perfect house!! Spotless, comfortable bedding, fantastic shower. Great laundry room. Wonderful pool and there was a hot tub we didn’t use.

Excellent home! The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. An added bonus, two main suites! The backyard is so fun and really beautiful.

I stayed at for a Graduation celebration. Trent and Kyra were flexible with check in time, they recommended a bakery before our arrival that made a graduation cake that was delicious, their response time for any questions was always immediate, like less then 15 minutes immediate. I have stayed in fountain hills before for vacation, so I was used to the peaceful area, I was able to go on walks in the morning, felt extremely safe. They have clear instructions for check in and check out. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb for your Arizona stay!!!

Such an incredibly beautiful stay. The landscaping really shows off the dessert style of Arizona with even some birds and rabbits adding to the setting. The pool felt like an oasis in the center of it all, cooling me off from the intense heat. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to anyone looking!

This is NOT the typical AirBnB. It felt like a close family friend let you stay at their beautiful home. Everything is professionally decorated with beautiful furnishings and artwork. You can lose time walking around the house admiring the artwork and decorations. The house backs up to God's country with no neighbors behind you. Literally everything you need is inside! Again, you won't feel like you are in an AirBnB, you'll feel like you are coming home. The backyard is an oasis of Arizona's best. Regardless of whether or not you soaking in the hot tub with a glass of wine or sitting in front of one of the two fire places reading a book..... it's heaven with an address.

The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!

My husband and I had a great stay! The place was very clean, peaceful, and felt super private, which I really appreciated. The host was friendly and very responsive throughout the entire stay, making everything easy and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a quiet, relaxing space.

We visited Scottsdale for my brothers bachelor party and this house was perfect. We had activities booked but some people didn’t even want to leave the house! Irvin greeted us when we first got there and he was awesome. He was very fast with his responses and answered any questions I had. The pictures of the house also do not do it much justice. In person is so much more beautiful! I highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again in the future. 11/10
